These are some of the absolute best, professional, kind people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They listened to exactly what we wanted , offered ideas and tips that helped us reach our goals, and explained everything every step of the way. They helped my parents fine two of their homes and now have helped my wife and I find ours. I cannot recommend Chris and Bridgett highly enough! Good people!

Chris and Bridgett are the absolute best hands down. Chris is absolutely amazing on the home side. Every home we arrived to look at Chris was already checking foundation and the super important factors of the home. He is very knowledgeable and definitely someone you want on your team while searching for your future home. Bridgett’s proficiency in wording is absolutely amazing. She is a mastermind at offers and will ensure the contract is in your favor and will look out for your best interest. Together they make an absolutely amazing team!

Moving is stressful enough and to add moving to a different state that makes things even more stressful especially having 3 kids to add to the mix! Bridgett and Chris really made things stress free and stayed on top of every last detail! I would have Chris go to the new house frequently to measure rooms and areas of the house before I ordered any furniture! We received gifts and notes in the mail from them throughout this process which is so not like most realtor companies! Always responded to our text messages and phone calls! My husband and I highly recommend them for the sale or buy of your home! They became more like family to us than just our realtors. If you want someone who truly cares choose The Cooley's!

Chris and Bridgett are an amazing team. The process of moving across the country was not without its bumps. However, even in a hot market with limited inventory this dynamic pair made the home buying process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. They took the time to get to know us as a family, honored our budget, understood our needs and they helped us stick to our plan. We love our new home and we are so grateful that we had such wonderful allies and friends on our side helping us get to the finish line. We had Chris and Bridgett represent us as buyers. They provided us with help before we made the final decision to move from PA to TN, they gave us guidance and help along the way. They were supportive when we became stressed by everything, they were great with communication! We asked to see homes and they made it happen quickly in this crazy market and we ended up finding a home within a week with an accepted offer. They advocated for us when paperwork was improperly done to make sure our future was secure here. Wish I could give 6 stars! These two are incredibly genuine and go above and beyond in so many ways. We had never met them before, but in just a short time, they made us feel so welcomed to the area and almost like family! Bridgett listened to us in our request for connecting with like-minded people and quickly had us feeling like we belong here. She was not pushy, but let us know many ways and opportunities to get connected. They never pressured and have been extremely helpful in easing our transition in multiple ways, even outside of real estate. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
