If you have used 411 before then nothing needs to be said…

If you have never used them, you will never go back once you make the decision. There are too many choices for “realtors” in this area in my opinion. Jess and her whole team are the only choice that should be considered when doing something as serious as buying a home. When you see how serious she takes her job and the amount of work she puts into her brand, that can only be a reflection of how hard she sits down to work.

This review is much too late, however it was earned! We sold our home in 2023. We called Jess on a Saturday, she was out the same day. The house was listed the next day. My wife and I bought this house years prior, without using a realtor of any kind. It was painful and stressful and hectic. Nobody should EVER sell or buy without a realtor in these days of red tape and under writing like you wouldn't believe. So we were expecting some work when it came time to sell. I can not tell you how wrong we were. Jess made this so easy. We only had to pack our stuff and leave. That was the ONLY work we had to do. Jess and her team literally took care of everything else. No exaggeration we did not have to speak to a photographer, appraiser, inspector. Nobody. It was great!

Jess was very up front and honest about everything from head to toe. Her rates are extremely competitive for the service you get,(photos, emails, prep, advertising). She was patient, kind and willing to go above and beyond for the smallest of things. She was extremely easy to get ahold of. In fact 2 years later I'm almost positive I could text her right now and receive a heart warming response.

If you’re on the fence about how, or who, or even why to buy a house. You need to get ahold of her. Check out her facebook and all the other reviews. It truly speaks for itself. All of the people she works with are just as easy going and hard working. I have heard stories where if she is not able to help you, or answer a question (rare), then she uses her wealth of resources and connections to help you out, even when it does not benefit her in any way. She is truly an asset to this community. When the time comes for us to buy a house again (very soon) this is the only place I will go. From the bottom of my heart and from my family. Easiest property sale we have ever had. Jessica LaCour was our real estate agent when we moved to Gillette 4.5 years ago and was superb about responding to texts and inquiries as we bought our home remotely. She was our eyes and ears and did several video tours. We found the home we were looking for without making a lot of unnecessary trips so when it came time to sell this home we thought of no one else. From the time the house went live on all of the real estate sites at 5:00pm until the accepted offer it was just over 1 day. We received an over asking price offer.
