I’ve run a few races with 5KEvents and I’ve loved my experience every time! The staff at these events are always friendly and willing to answer questions if they arise. Lots of volunteers are around to help mark the route, pass out water along the way, and help make the registration process run smoothly.

The 5K Grinch: What started off as a great idea for my daughter and I turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had yet with a 5k event. And trust me, I've done hundreds of them. However, this one set the bar LOW. So low to the fact that I didn't even get my package of goods (race number, shirt, medal, etc) YET until this day! Yes, we are in 2022. The race was scheduled for December 11th of 2021, in which payment was processed on December 7th. I've emailed them many times only to find out that they claimed to ship my package to a COMPLETELY different address that doesn’t even exist. Then I get told by Patrick that I must don't care about charities due to their lack of care & customer service. This is starting to look more like they are stealing money instead. I've emailed many more times to inquire only to be ignored. This has gone too far. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I've already started a claim with my bank. All I wanted to do was to enjoy a 5k race with my daughter for the holidays only to be robbed both from the experience and my money.

I go to as many of their races as possible! Everybody is very friendly, the race timing stays until everybody finishes, and it's always a stress-free experience.

Courses are rarely accurate and races are not very competitive.
