I recently had the experience of meeting with Tyler from AT&T while he was informing myself and neighbors about AT&tT's product set.

After a good conversation regarding AT&t's fiber solution as well as their bundling of cell phones and other services we have decided to change our broadband carrier and cellular phone carrier to AT&t.

Having worked in the telecommunications industry for many years I had a lot of questions for Tyler. His ability to answer those questions succinctly, understanding my needs and concerns through carefully listening were key.
