I have been looking for a certain island for my kitchen everywhere. Went into 82 Outlet with my bestie it was the first item I say. The manager Kim Mexey was very courteous, friendly, & nice to me. I like the new store. I recently bought a winix air system that cost me $160. Get it home and out of the box and it does not come on at all. We called the store and they told me to come on back with no hesitation. I was given the option to swap it out but I did not see anything comparable so I was issued a full refund. Next time I’ll make sure to plug electrical items in before I buy and leave the store! Great store associates!

Owners are rude and creepy. Overheard him talking down to a male employee too. Everything is extremely overpriced for the value. I felt very uncomfortable due to the owner's behavior. Wont be back, ever!

The owners are the rudest people. Can't keep staff because they are demeaning to their employees. I wouldn't waste my money to support a business that doesn't know how to respect others.
