please don't waste your money here... I have rented from them numerous times and this last time was the worse... I got a dryer well over a year ago and had my dryer replaced 4 times and never offered anything for my time or the fact that the dryers I was brought broke down... I fell on some hard time and was just a few months from paying it off and instead of working it out with me since I had already payed over a thousand dollars on a dryer probably not wort more then two hundred they ended my contracted and got a letter from a attorney to give back the item or they will get involved... So don't waste your money...

I want to share my experience with Rent One, Candace went above and beyond to make sure I had the furniture I wanted down to how soft the couches are. The delivery team also was amazing they were very helpful and completely professional!!

The sales lady Rebecca was amazing. I explained my time restrictions and she made them work! I wish more sales people were like her.

However, as an overall experience, I am very displeased! My 1st pmt was on a Friday, Thursday I get a phone call with a payment reminder. FRIDAY AT 2PM, I get another reminder. I was currently on the way there as I work til 1pm. This is NOT the sales forces fault, they are just doing their job. However until someone has shown that they do not pay on time, they should NOT be harassed like this! I will NOT be using Rent One again in the future. Change your policy of "friendly reminders", do better Rent One.
