Great place to purchase your flags and pennants. Received a flag that was defective and they replaced it immediately. I fly my American flag everyday.

I bought a 20' telescoping flag pole with provisions for two flags for my camper. I didn't have it fully extended when I mounted it. The next morning I found it on the ground, snapped in half. I called the company and talked to Nathan and he said there is no warranty on this $145.00 pole and it is only for "tailgating. I asked him where it says that on the product description. He came back and said there wasn't. I questioned him more on defining "tailgating and where it is supposed to be mounted. There is no difference between a truck tailgate and a trailer. He offered me a new pole and I said I already replaced it. After talking to his manager, he relented and said I would get a refund. I gave a low review for a $145.00 product with no warranty and no product description on where it should be mounted. If I didn't press the issue, I would not have received a replacement.

Staff is exceptionally rude. I went into this establishment to do a door dash delivery & was instantly scolded and not greeted. I stood there for about 5 mins (with no one in line or ahead of me) and afterwards I just finally left. Not sure the quality of the products this establishment has, but the customer service was horrible. I will not be returning or recommending anyone go here if you value quality hospitality. Not to mention the confederate flags that were just recently changed. This is not the place.

Paid over $100 for a CHEAPLY MADE flag. It frayed after only three days of clear, dry weather and customer service said it was my fault because it could’ve hit a bush. I don’t have a single bush on my property. There was nothing for it to hit or snag on. Extremely disappointed in the product and the customer service.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this company writes its own reviews on its website because I was unable to write a review on their site. Save your money. It’s a scam.

I already contacted customer service 3 times. They were useless. Give me a replacement or a refund, please.

Very nice place! Lots of merchandise to peruse, quality everywhere! Needed to replace flag in front of son's home in Louisiana but not sure of size. Handsome gentleman very helpful with my decision in getting right size and he prepared it for mailing from store. Thank you!!

I had purchased U.S. flags here a couple of times before, but I'll NEVER spend another penny here.

Shipping was mishandled ... badly. Taking 6 days from Little Rock to North Little Rock. And when I asked why the utterly stupid decision was made to ship from Little Rock to North Little Rock BY WAY OF MISSISSIPPI, I got a hateful response putting the blame on me and telling me "Maybe next time you should come into our store instead of choosing the cheapest shipping option Fed Ex had to offer".

The kicker was ... they told me I was not allowed to go into their store, physically, to pick up my flag, due to the Great COVID Manipulation. So, I was FORCED to pay shipping and I chose the cheapest option because from my front door to their front door was about 4 miles. I wasn't willing to shell out $59 to get my flag in only 5 days instead of 6.

There are a lot of places to spend our money, but this won't be one of them anymore. You can only treat so many people like garbage before your business folds. Add one to the count ...
