Spoke to someone by the name of Cody, “GM” asked for waffle fries & would not place the order due to it being 10:25am. Being an employee and ex-manager at chick fil a for 15 years. I did not mind waiting 15 min or the length it took to get some. When I was on their team at the highest volume location. I would place the order red flag it and have the customer wait. The way he didn’t even come up with solutions, immediately rode me off. Was extremely condescending when asking for his operators info. I’ve been to this location several times and always had a great experience. I’m a verified tour guide and I would recommend taking the extra drive to the Sunnyvale location. People there are 10 out of 10.

I JUST WANNA SAY A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO BRETT YOU ARE THE G.O.A.T. I hope you have everything good in life given to you on a silver platter. Thank you so much for bringing me my food in this freezing cold weather when my car was having issues and I was parked a ways down. This just shows not all heroes wear capes but they sure wear chick fil a Uniforms. Thank you so much again.

This is my first time to ever report anything negative concerning CFA, but the amount of pimento cheese I received for $4 is ridiculous! It won't even make a full sandwich. 🙄

This location at Town East is the best chick fil a I have been to. They are so quick and efficient with everything! I always get in out of of the drive through so fast and the order is always perfect! The staff is so friendly and approachable! I love coming to this location!

I ALWAYS use the mobile app to order my food but I guess there’s recently been an update. I didn’t realize until I got up to the speaker box that I needed to scan my QR code.
I told her I had a mobile order and she told me I was in the wrong line. I informed her that it didn’t look like there was access to get to the other line and her response was “yes there is because several people have already done it.” I kindly asked if I had to go back around and she said yes.
In order for me to go back around, I would have had to get on the main street again to get back into Chic Fil A. I clearly didn’t realize there were two separate lines but it seems like she should have just allowed me to proceed (at least that would have been good customer service).
I didn’t have time to drive all the way back around, so I cancelled my order. It was very disappointing because I usually don’t experience customer service like that at Chic Fil A.

Usually when I come in the workers are very nice but I guess the employee DULCE didn’t like black people so she completely avoided helping me even though she looked at me directly in my face ! I’ll be sure to come during the day only when the service is a little more welcoming!
