Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are awesome. Beats Wal mart hands down. The employees at Hays actually enjoy working. Such a special shopping experience.

This place has really gone downhill since they put in their self-checkout. I used to enjoy shopping at Hays and I didn't mind paying slightly higher cost because I broke my back a few years ago and I like the fact that they would bring your groceries to your car. Since they put in the self-checkouts the service has gone down. If you need someone to help you get your stuff to your car you have to wait quite a while before someone comes to help you. If the employees at Hays are going to treat us like the employees at Walmart treat us, we might as well just go to Walmart and save a few percent on our grocery bill.

If you're not open at 6am on Sundays, don't claim you are. And then don't hang up on customers that try to call the store. This really happened this morning. Too bad there's no zero star rating.

My daughter went up there Friday place a cake order left a number and then they was wrong because of some birthday was Monday. She called him Monday they said the cake was not ready because the cake maker didn’t come in no Call let us know so we can get another cake made. She called to talk to the manager and he gave he gave her back to the manager so now My Grandson has no cake for his birthday.

Hay's is convenient and has pretty much everything you need if you don't mind paying a little bit more. Sometimes they have some pretty good sales in their printed ads. They have a GREAT deli, the chicken always looks yum! I, personally, go straight for SushiBoi's sushi next to the deli!!! All of the rolls I have tried taste so fresh and there is a wonderful selection. Plus, the staff are always helpful and friendly!

I have not been in Hays for a year, and it's still very clean and well organized, and most of the employees there now greeted me and other customers. I love to shop here. They always have something new and different to try. Friendly atmosphere, I love it when they have a sale! Deli still looks nice, and they now have a salad bar, I noticed! Today, it was hard to walk past their deli. It smelled so delishish!!! They always have something wonderful cooking! Produce department still so nice and fresh! The meat department is so nice. I love that you can see them working in there. Just a great store.
