Just bought this open box/used washer today. Dead on arrival. This is super unfortunate and a huge inconvenience for me. Told the sales person it still had powdered detergent from the previous person, but he didn't comment on that. I asked why it was returned and he assured me it works and they have a 2 week return policy. Spent 2 hours in traffic, saved $50 to install it myself, and found out I only saved $43 compared to buying it new at Lowes. I was doing some research on how to work the washer and found out mine is broken. Honestly, I wouldn't have mind the price difference for a new one compared to buying a used open box item, but the time and money spent to get this one, installing it, and now needing to return it and get another one is super inconvenient. I just wanted to buy a working washer without spending too much money. Turns out I should have gone to Lowes and spent the extra sales tax for a working one. Customer service was fine, i don't blame them for what happened, but this Best Buy Outlet should really change thier product testing before putting it back on the floor to sell - I will absolutely tell all my friends and family to avoid buying here. If the discounted price is only saving you a few dollars, it not worth the time and trouble if they buy a broken item. Will return tomorrow, or the weekend (i had plans this Friday and needed to wash clothes, this is just the worst timing for me).

The first dishwasher I bought was physically cracked in the back of the unit where it could not be seen until it was delivered. There is a 14 day return policy, but this was quite an inconvenience.

Edit: The next one more expensive and was fine, AT FIRST. Then it developed a problem where the soap dispenser would not open. The Samsung rep tells me that it cannot be fixed as the repair would take too much time.

They suggested that I get a refund from Best Buy!

I don't want another, more expensive model! This is getting very old very quickly!

Now being told the replacement cannot be repaired and that it was not "open box", according to Samsung, it was actually used and returned!

I was shopping for a refrigerator when this place was recommended. Absolutely shop here first. A very large selection of fridges and other items. I purchased a new kitchen aid refrigerator for less than the fridgedair on sale at home Depot.

First of all, the salesperson didn’t have to do much to persuade me to make a purchase; I already knew what I wanted. I did my own research for about two days. I was nervous since it’s my first time buying appliances from an outlet, but I was relieved to know I have a 60-day warranty to return them, no questions asked! Plus, the appliances only have cosmetic issues. Some were noticeable, and they are just dents or scratches. I don’t care; I’m not picky as long as the washer and dryer work well. Long story short, after all the discounts, I saved about $500.00 from paying for new items. The guys at the store were very helpful, and Stephen was one of the loaders who was very knowledgeable. He knew how to deal with my truck’s cover and also made it possible to fit both appliances and be able to close the back of my truck, securing the appliances without having to tie them and worrying about either flying out of the truck. I hope the appliances work well and I don't have to deal with returning them. I'll update my review once I have used the appliances.

A strange place. Literally a warehouse full of inventory. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff were hard to identify, no organisation whatsoever. To be fair though, once we were able to find someone, they were quick to help us.
