The SprintRay Support Team, especially Emily, has been outstanding! They are all courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Today, Emily's patience was especially appreciated as she was so patient to understand our pain points and then not only explained but truly educated our entire staff in the back to how to print from start to finish.
We were having problems with crown printing for a while, and she walked us through the entire process. She made us clean the tanks and the glass under the printer and explained the complete workflow of crown printing.

We have been dealing with issues with the wash chamber for a few months now. The unit was sent in for repair and got it back, still not working- or so we thought. It wasn’t til I spent an hour and half on the phone with Ivan from support, that he figured out what the issue was. I’m so grateful to Ivan for all his help- waking through step by step and being so patient!!! Ivan is absolutely amazing- if you need help with anything, request him!

Purchased the Pro55S 3D printer bundle which included the ProWash and ProCure. My ProWash unit appeared damaged upon unboxing (I informed SprintRay of this) and when I finally had a case to print, the unit did not work. Customer service mentioned that management would have to approve a new replacement unit but never heard from them and my requests for replacement with a brand new unit like what I purchased have been continually ignored. I was only offered and sent a refurbished replacement. Yes I purchased the replacement warranty, but I should have been offered the repair of the brand new unit I purchased or an exchange for a new unit. The California branch of SprintRay has gotten so large that they have forgotten how to provide honest and great customer service to their clients. I now wished I had chosen another company who actually cares about issues their customers encounter instead of treating them like a number or ignoring them altogether. SprintRay disappoints!
