I’ve been taking some analog pictures lately and have been using some strange, discontinued film stocks that more often than not need some work. Not only did the owner of this shop scolded me for doing analog photography saying things like: “your phone takes better pictures” to “none develops the film anymore, why bother” which by the look of the work hanging on the walls, seems to me he believes what he says .... it didn’t even occur to him that in fact, me and my friends develop film at home, in our makeshift dark-rooms and developing cans and the process is indeed laborious but not rocket science.

So there you go, why hiring the services of this shop if “you can take better pictures with your phone”

I really appreciate the service I received from the owner. I came up from Venice within an hour of his closing time and told him that I could come back later in the week but he stopped what he was doing and handled my request right then. Allowed me to sit and watch him work and he helped clean up some of the photos I presented him. I would recommend him to anyone needing photo lab services. He knows his stuff and priced very reasonably!

Excellent building, and very good high-quality equipment. Very competitive prices, and my photos came out looking great.
That said, the man who owns the business has almost NO people skills. He blames it on his Russian accent, but I don't have a problem with that at all. I had a very annoyingly peculiar request of him that involved 15 pictures of very specific sizes, but I didn't know where to go to have it fulfilled. The moment we walked in, we started talking to a lady who was having her pictures done, and started explaining to her the funny project we were working on. We were cut off immediately by the business owner who very rudely told us he couldn't help us for another 30 minutes, even though we were already well prepared to wait. He eventually got to us.
I had no idea what I was doing, so I wanted to remain as helpful as I could, but there was constant mumbles and grumbles (I know it was an odd, probably annoying request, but this is not how you handle customer-service). He kept telling me what I should have known, and berating me for a few things I had done incorrectly, despite me telling him that I've never done this before, and I had absolutely no idea how I was supposed to know some of these things--I'm not a photographer. At one point due to a mistake I had made, actually said "I'm going to kill you." (Now I understand that this was a joke, completely. I did not feel threatened at all, but this is NOT how you handle customers, especially ones who already feel bad for having a difficult request).

10/10 quality, and prices
2/10 customer service.

High-class processing and scans. The owner is very prompt and offers excellent customer service. He takes a great deal of time to examine each person's job and the results can be seen at the end. Courteous staff and nothing more to ask for. I couldn’t think of going to any other photo lab. I got very good copies of old photo of my family! Will be back! Thanks.

Rude, unprofessional, and derogatory. The owner of this business spoke to me with such an attitude from the very beginning. I swallowed my tongue at some of his remarks a number of times and then just couldn't stand being talked to like that. I finally spoke up and asked him to please change his tone. Suggested perhaps he wasn't aware of how he was making me feel. Well, he threw me out of the store telling me he wouldn't do business with me and to go someplace else.
Well, I did. And I got amazing professional service and amazing products from Artfinity Printing and Picture Framing. They get 5 stars.
Don't let yourself be bullied by this business. There are other, much better options in town!

Not a very kind gentleman. I was unhappy with some of the prints after I got them home. Brought them back and he was quite indignant that none of it was his fault (they were professional pics!)
I won't go back.

Had some prints made from digital files. Even though he was in the middle of a project when I walked in, he processed my work on the spot with good quality and stayed true to my strange color adjustments. I love the fact I could sit and view my photos on another screen to approve or not as he worked. Price was very reasonable. Will be back!
