I've been with working with Outsource off & on for about 20 years now, since the office was located in S.F. over the years when the Telecom industry and economy slow down Outsource is in motion with many opportunities providing staffing from small mom and pop shops to major corporations, I've worked in medical facilities, data centers, nonprofit/educational, retail/commercial, municipal utilities, transportation, financial institutions & of course the tech industry. Over the years, what has kept me working with Outsource is the staff/recruiters. I have had the opportunity to work with Enrique the longest with no problems, he has been awesome, he has never hung me out to dry, never threw me under a bus & most importantly to me, he has never left me hanging. Enrique is committed to his craft, always follows up & is thorough in facilitating successful results of projects, bigs or small.

My recruiter works closely with me in order to find placement jobs that further my electrical career goals. Enrique Moreno is dedicated to finding me jobs close to me and is always communicating with me regarding how the job is going, how I feel about it and if the conditions are safe. This makes me feel heard and promotes a well balanced working environment. He is also always there to answer and questions I have. I recommend outsource as an employer to anyone who wants to get started as an entry level electrician.

When I initially begin working for Outsource I thought it would just be another temporary staffing agency I would be working for until I found a company to gain employment with, however after a few weeks on the field as a technician for Outsource I came to realize that I actually enjoyed the variety of clients and different types of low-volt projects my recruiter Kareem Ibrahim would provide me with. Prior to Outsource I worked with a Telecommunications company which specialized in both Fiber-Optic and Copper based Network Cabling Systems, so every project was pretty much the same drag routine; walk site, establish pathway, rough in data cables(fiber legs when necessary), build rack/cabinet, drop cables according to print/schematics/clients desired locations, Terminate Patch Panel side and floor port locations, Install Necessary Devices (WAPs, wireless-bridge, ect.) According to scope of work,Test cable runs and certify & then repeat. After a few months as an entry level tech with a few companies I began successfully leading various projects both residential and commercial projects, which of course meant increasing levels of responsibility and a lot more time off the clock invested, after not being able to agree on a just pay rate I parted ways and joined Outsource which was a blessing in disguise. Working with Outsource has allowed me to brush up on various low voltage trades which I had covered academically, on top of my previous experience with Structured/Network cabling they've allowed me to gain valuable field experience installing security / Alarm systems(motion sensors,window/door sensors, key input/card access locks), fire alarm systems including single input module control cabinets along with smoke detectors, pull-stations, strobe lights and Intercoms, CCTV /Surveillance Systems, A/V Installations just to name a few. The longer I work with Outsource the more I run into professional minded Technicians like myself tackling new kinds of installations. My recruiter always gives me a brief run down and checks wether I'm comfortable with taking on a project before sending me to a site. very flexible when it comes to my schedule which allows me to take on other projects on my own accord or with other companies. I've left for a couple months completed a few projects, came back in town reached out to my recruiter and he quickly found me projects to work on. If you're willing to commute and open to trying something new thats within range of whatever your occupation/specialty/trade is I definitely recommend you reaching out to Outsource and joining the Team.
