Message for "true/regional/GM" management and owners: We "were" regular customers at Culver's, Scottsdale for quite some time. We go at least 3-4x per week for either quick driver
thru meals or stopping by for concrete mixers. For the first time today, we had a bad experience, thought it wasn't a big deal, theres a miss every now and then anywhere. However, the way it was handled was disappointing and a very bad experience altogether. Dropped by as usual, bought a couple of meals and mixers in drive thru - wait as always was long (15+ mins or so). That wasn't the issue. When we returned home, burger buns were soggy and wet, wouldn't hold the burger, fries were old and limp (soggy) - one fry had a full serving - other fry was empty and there were a "few" fries at the bottom of the bag. I called it to provide feedback, however wouldn't be going back out. I spoke with "Noah" - shift "manager" - he told me unless I brought the food/garbage back there isn't anything he could do. I explained we are regulars, first time issue however wasn't going back out again to deliver the horrible food we received. Noah failed to help. I did inform him I would share my experience along with photos of the food and he said "OK."

This tells me there is no consequences to actions and I also wonder what other issues there are if managers aren't receiving feedback and making it right with customers, let alone regular ones that support the business.

Survey 0QTAW8YVFNDPS0J ---- why the survey if your front line managers just told your regular customers they don't care about quality, satisfaction, or possibly "dirty dining." Re-evaluate Noah's position as manager, because there is no managing, it's losing customers. Our $30+ went right in the garbage.

Love Culver's. If you're going to do fast food, this is the place. Variety of options, no matter what you're hungry for.

My concrete mix in was a concrete dump in. I had to take home and mix it myself. I asked the server why it was not mixed all the way through (90% of adding was in the top inch of the ice-cream) she shugged her shoulders and said that's just how it is. I bring my son here once a week in the summer and never had poor prep of food.

Very disappointing!! Have enjoyed Culver's in the past, but this time was not impressed! Burger was very blah. Not much taste & cheese wasn't even melted. The cheese curds were barely warm, not stringy. Could only even eat a few & paid almost $9 for them. But the most annoying part was someone else in my party ordered a side salad, with blue cheese dressing. When they delivered the food to our table there was no dressing. Went back up to counter to get some dressing. The lady at counter asked what my order # was . I couldn't remember for sure but said I thought it was neither 32 or 42. She kept looking at register & asked me again what the order # was. I finally asked if she wanted to see my receipt & she said yes. I had to go back to table to get the receipt, brought it back up & then she was grilling me asking about the other sauces with meal. I said we got everything else just not the blue cheese dressing. She finally gave me a dressing cup, which was very small. I asked if I could get 2 of them & she said no, it only comes with 1. I guess a 30 cent dressing cup was going to break them. Wouldn't want to try to make a customer happy. Instead just added to the already unsatisfactory experience. Freddy's is way better!!!!!

Fish and Chips today and traversed to Culver. The cashier seemed annoyed at my questions about the Combo meal. I explained that I only have been once in the past. Even so she just pointed to the screen. Not helpful at all. I took the meal home; $18 for cold fish and chips. The fries must have been in the bin for quite sometime. There were only a few customers inside. I guarantee I will not be a repeat customer.

Ordered 6 value meals delivered and all that was delivered were 6 drinks. Called & nothing but a blame game between uber eats & Culver’s . No one took responsibility, Manager Sharron said she was leaving for the night. Provided a uber number that didn’t connect us to anything. $107 taken

Then recommended to reorder for another $107 and uber isn’t responding

Don’t trust this establishment

Zero stars

Decent place to grab some food. Today, I am reviewing it based on having a double butter burger combo meal. The burger itself was OK. Nothing special, nothing bad. It was a little bit on the greasier side which I don’t care for. Flavor was good, it could’ve been cooked a little more well done as it was kind of borderline, medium, rare, quintal prize were freshand hot. Sharon was the cashier and she was excellent.

It theft because I paid for services that were not rendered
