I came in and thought the place was closed. No one was behind the counter. Took 5 min for someone to help ring me up. I ordered the Dumpling Ramen and was disappointed. The broth wasn’t very savory, just salty. The veggies did not taste fresh. The egg was just straight up hard boiled with no flavor. The noodles were good and the dumplings were the best part. It had been a few years since I’ve last been here but I won’t be coming back. Just not worth it. At least the tables were clean.

Meat is completely unseasoned and over cooked, it taste like leather. The broth is very watery and tasteless. my date ordered the garlic truffle and there wasn’t one piece of garlic, just as watery as my meal. seriously wanted to ask for my money back but there wasn’t any one inside anyway so I let them keep the money will never return.

I’ve been sick this week and really was craving ramen. However, this ramen was not it. The only thing good about it was the spicy miso.

The noodles were a little too thick for my liking.

However the egg is where I was not happy. Most ramen eggs are yolky in the middle? This was over boiled to the point where it was grey on the inside. I had to throw it out.

The inside environment was really nice and laid back and the customer service was great.

The ramen was genuinely some of the worst ramen I have ever had. The broth tastes like dishwater, the pork was thin and tasteless, the noodles were soggy, the egg was clearly plopped in straight from the fridge, and the whole thing smelled weird. The lady at the counter was clueless as well. Ordered two beers on two different occasions and both times had to return to the counter to actually get the thing. 6 of us went and ordered ramen and none of us took more than a few bites. It’s no wonder the place was nearly deserted when I went. Absolutely don’t come here. It’s a disgrace to Japanese culture and to ramen as a dish. 1/5 stars. Stay away.

Soooo delicious! I got the Spicy Meso Raman. The picture is AFTER I enjoyed my food and what I will be taking home because the portions are HUGE! Great service. I would highly recommend this place for someone new to Ramen because the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And well the food is excellent.

Me and my mom have eaten here for 2-3 years and still love it a lot! She gets the republic while I get the miso and we love the broth. We brought other family and friends before and had a great time. I like the atmosphere too! We love the noodles and the other topping options. They serve big portions too so we like to order to go cups. This will always be one of my top favorites!

I used to love this place five years ago. They have gone downhill.

Their recipes have changed. I ordered a napa cabbage and ground meat ramen, and I asked for extra chashu ($3 extra). My ramen was mostly broth and cabbage, with only a handful of ground meat, two extremely thin and short chashu pieces that were mostly fat and absolutely no flavor, and only a teensy serving of ramen noodles. It was definitely not worth the $18 I spent.

The service was mediocre. The food came out fast. They have assigned seating now, and when I was confused for a few seconds about why the cashier said “Table 37”, I was met with condescension. When I came back to the register to get to go containers, one employee looked straight at me and hid in the back. The cashier had to ask her to please assist because she was busy with other customers.

The atmosphere is still the same, and would be great if we could walk around and pick seating instead of having to pick from the register. There is a back area that the cashiers cannot see from their position, and they have no tracking system in place to see which tables are available, but they still assign a table when you order.

My visit to Republic Ramen House left me pleasantly surprised!

The cleanliness of the place combined with its soothing ambiance made for an enjoyable dining experience.

This fast food spot can get quite busy at times though, so be prepared for that.

However, they do offer some great choices on their menu - particularly their Boba drinks which are worth trying out.

If you're looking for a quick and satisfying meal option, give Republic Ramen House a shot!
