Vonelece at the Athens, AL, Spectrum store went above and beyond expectations in helping Bill with the purchase of a new Samsung cell phone yesterday. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She made sure all phone features were working properly before we left the store. She also suggested a plan that will lower our monthly payment and provide more service. Thanks, Vonelece!

We brought my daughter's phone in because it was broken. The lady at the counter, a very sweet lady at the counter, let us know that we had insurance on the phone and that it would probably be less expensive to get it replaced than it would be to buy a new one so that's what we did thank you, lady at the counter.

If I could give no stars I would. They’ve added things to our bill that we don’t even have. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. We’ve made a payment and they sent it back (we never got it btw) and they couldn’t show proof they sent it back. The excuse was they can’t use credit cards as form of payment but that’s how many of my friends pay and how we made our first few payments when we started with them. We will be canceling everything with this company and we will be switching internet providers very very soon.

What a joke of a company! Their hours are posted on the door until 6pm. I arrived at 5:40 and the door was locked! Two employees standing at the counter. One FINALLY came to the door and stated they closed early due to lack of help. My question was how many employees do you need to return an unopened box of equipment. They were VERY rude! I will be finding another internet provider as soon as possible. I just cancelled my tv service today due to their lack of customer service with cancelling ESPN. I would give zero stars if able. What a joke! Absolutely pitiful.

Basically has a monopoly on the whole Athens area, regularly has outages with no explanation or stormy weather. Customer service number leads you to a robocall where you have to know the tricks to get to an actual representative, who will then act like you're an idiot and just suggest "Uhh have you tried restarting your router?" Like that wasn't the first thing I tried.

The best internet packages they offer are mediocre at best, and you'll likely still get regular outages (sometimes multiple per day) for no reason.

You know they're committed to customer service when every reply to their reviews is the same 3 copy and paste phrases and their Facebook link.

I recently visited the Athens store because I’ve been having issues with my mobile device. It would not connect to the Internet. I told the store manager what was going on with my device. She argue with me and said it was because I had a missed payment in September even though I went back and showed her every payment that I have made since I had my mobile device. I had to sit on the phone with customer service for over an hour thankfully the last young man to help me in the repairs department, got my mobile device back working, but the lady at the store was very rude and argumentative, and instead of admitting that she just didn’t have the knowledge or the patience to help me she made it seem as if I couldn’t afford to pay my bill even though I had just made a payment the day before the customer service at this establishment. Well at least from the manager was very poor. I guess it was the fact that I had on my maid shirt from my second job they made her feel as if I just was trying to get over on her but I have been a respected customer of spectrum for over three years and have never not pay my bill
