The customer service of this place is extremely awful. It takes forever to get someone to help for items within the cases, and the workers are extremely rude. Also, the people at the cash register are slow and very inexperienced. They need more training. To make matters worse, it’s a holiday season and not all the registers are open to cash out. So it takes forever just to pay for your items. There needs to be a better system and management needs to train their employees better. I do not recommend this location. There are better ones.

Really great prices on fantastic selections! Staff aren't exactly jumping to help anyone but it's still a really great place to go for toys, car accessories, hygiene products, clothes, food and even bikes! They have almost everything!!! There are even a few that I have come across that have animals such as fish!!! If you're missing something or you're out somewhere and need an item this is definitely the place to go!

This store is a poor example of the brand and a sad example of what the founder Sam Walton had in mind. Add to that employees that don’t even understand the flawed technology that corporate has given them. And you end up with a perfectly miserable shopping experience. Maybe if I was one of those people who stole everything from the store I would be leaving a better review. But no, I tried to do everything the right way and instead I’m being punished by bad technology. I understand that they have really great prices, but at what cost is a really bad experience worth?

Unfortunately, they have some of the best prices on stuff. So I end up there when I can't find whatever I'm looking for anywhere else. And sometimes I'll find the item somewhere else for a few dollars more and I'll purchase it from that business. Avoid Wal-Mart if you can.

I went to Walmart to find specific things that I knew they would have. There was one item I could not find. I quickly found an Associate to ask the location of the product, who told me where I could find it. However when I went and looked, I did not find it. Shortly thereafter, the Associate approached me with the product I had been looking for. It was on a top shelf where it was hard to be seen. So he found it for me and brought it to me. The Associate was so helpful, I'm sorry I don't remember his name because I did ask. All of the Associates I encountered at the store were so helpful, and the store did have everything I wanted and then some.

It was a very unpleasant experience I was followed thru out the store like if I was some kind of criminal. Made me feel very uncomfortable to the point that I didn't even want to shop there no more.

Excellent selection and good values. Some of their products are junky, but still a good value. I wish they had a healthy food vendor in-house. I am not pleased with their new return policy because they threw the baby out with the bath water: and harms people even like me who only make one return every couple of years. It is solely based on the actions of an unsavory few bad actors. That is unfair to me, personally.
