I spoke to Alexa Diaz. She told me my account was closed and she hung up. So I was thinking this was a good thing and was very happy to finally move forward in life. And then I called back to make sure what my account being closed meant. And she said that it wasn’t a good thing and that it would be going to the legal department and that that is not a good thing. How would I know that is not a good thing that my account is being closed If there was no clarification and she just hung up before I could ask any questions. Then she proceeds to says it’s my fault for not understanding that How would I understand that if she hung up before I got clarification

Tried collecting on an accident with no police report, had no clue it even happened, the lady wrote down the tag on one of my company trucks- offered all the info needed for the driver who doesnt work for my company (Took the truck without permission) dont know if it was his or her fault. Anyway basically threatened me with law suites. 1 Star review award.

Ian and David the manager are really rude, it’s been well over 30 days since I requested my general release to get my license in good standing and I was always met with e rude greeting by Ian before he placed me on hold and hangs up the call. When I asked David to “wait wait one second before transferring me” he proceeded to berate me for requesting that & YELLED AT ME the whole call telling me “I WAS NOT TRANSFERRING YOU, YOU JUST CALLED THINKING THINGS WIULD GO YOUR WAY AND ITS NOT YOU DONT TELL ME TO WAIT!!” He then said “I AM GOING TO HANG UP SINCE YOU WANT TI KEEP TALKING” after he gcut me off everytime I spoke in a calm manner And said it once again when I asked why he was being so rude to me but never once did I raise my voice even after being yelled at for simply asking not to be sent over to Ian who hangs up everytime I get connected and he is also very very rude. I will be not only reporting this collection agency to every site provided to me, I will be filing a civil lawsuit for not only the $4k I paid, but also extra for distress, pain and suffering, as this is bothering my anxiety with getting my license, Ian and David will be named in this lawsuit and hopefully I out an end to this tumultuous service and nobody else has to go through this simply for wanting what’s rightfully theirs & being patient at that. This is not fair that I only have 2 rude people to go through who refuse to help and I will do everything in my power to make this issue heard.

Absolute worst company ever. Ian is disgusting. He called me and was extremely disrespectful and vulgar. When I asked for his last name he wouldn’t provide it and told me he wouldn’t connect me to a supervisor or let me talk to anyone else. Ian tried using scare tactics to get me to pay something that I didn’t owe. Ian told me he would report me to dmv and have my license suspended if I didn’t set up a payment arrangement. After researching the company and seeing horrible views I saw that Ian has been doing the same thing to other people for years. Ian Dodrill wouldn’t provide me his last name but I was able to find it in the reviews from the horrible customer service he has provided before me. Got my lawyer on this one.

I received a voicemail from Ryan J. yesterday about an outstanding debt. I was not aware of owing anyone. I always pay my bills on time and have a very high credit score. I called him back and he said I owed a power bill from December of last year and the power company had turned it over to collections. He wanted payment right then and said that if I didn't pay that it would affect my credit score. I told him that I would contact the power company and that I don't give out my credit card number to just anyone. I told him that although his company seemed legitimate that there are a lot of scams out there. He obviously was offended by my statement. He became very irate and began yelling. I didn't put up with that and demanded that he respect my position. That's when he hung up on me.
As it turned out. When I called the power company I found out that I did owe $71.54 from December on a property that I sold last year. I had moved and haven't received any correspondence what so ever. The power company could not provide me with at bill because they had already written it off and said I would have to request it from Sequoia. I called back and talked to a manager. I complained to her about Ryan and I paid the bill. They said that they would send me a copy of the bill within two weeks. The property had been vacant for several months. It is hard to believe that the bill would be that high compared to the previous month that was $5.33. I will take further action if this is an error.

Lilian was amazing, my license was suspended due to a wreck on the day I changed insurance and neither company covered the collision. I explained the urgency to get reinstated, she gave me all my options, talked me through everything and pushed hard to get my license reinstated as quickly as possible. Thank you Lilian!

So here is what to me. San diego gas and electric sent incorrect late billing yo collections .. i was devastated by a drop of 65 pts to credit scores and it ended a escrow to buy my home. Devastated. 287$ bill that was not correct.. i filed dispute to sandiego gas and electric who did admit wrong.. and sequoa mike reyes truly did his best at my urgency of course , and had credit agencies informed to completely delete it .. hone never there in three days…. And he yold to to get a rapid rescore which i did…. Scores all came back up at least 65 pts .. but house was gone .. fell to another offer. I know that this company could do better at being kind and to letter of law .. but i effectively was helped fast .. im in real estate and that even seen can stop creditability. They could have called me before reported it unpaid .. that is why 3 stars

SCAM WARNING!

Be careful if they call you. I got a call saying I owed $88.12 from my ENT and that it was due the same day. I have, not once, gotten a letter from them, though they claimed to have sent many. After trying to get me to provide my credit card information on the spot, I declined and asked for their online info. Immediately after hanging up, I called the doctor's office that they claimed I owe, and they said A) They don't send to collections B) If they did, it'd be another agency and C) I have a balance of $0.00.

They also said the bill was originally $600 something, and my insurance paid $150, and that the hospital gave me like a $400 discount just for having insurance . . . pretty sure that's not how that works bud, but nice try.
