this has mostly been my home GS for years and usually everything is good but recently I've only had trouble there.

took a big handful of my kids games in to trade (most were triple A titles) and was offered $25 in credit which was used before I could think on renewing a pro membership for a year.

went to sell an Xbox S that works absolutely perfect. was told they couldn't take it with stickers and any dirt on it. I asked if I cleaned it and brought it back would they take it. Yes they said.

Took baby home and cleaned her up real good. Got all stickers and residue off, looked like a brand new system almost. Took it back in today. New employees were there. I presented the console and was met with skepticism. there were a couple dark spots about the size of an eraser near the fan. I was questioned about them. "Hell I don't know it's dust I guess?"

both employees were like checking it out being like "I don't know if we can accept this..?

"why? I cleaned it up, it looks fine and works fine. Plug it up and check it" I tried.

Lady pulls out a freaking piece of white paper and starts banging on the system while holding it above it. Probably 7 or 8 good "whaps" and perhaps 4 or 5 small specks fell from the fan onto the paper. They acted like they had never seen such a thing before and questioned me again about "what is this stuff!?"

"it's gd dust what do you think it is? you just beat the out of it and knocked it all out!"

they wouldn't take the damn thing and I was only this annoyed bc I needed the money bad and this was my 2nd trip to sell it. I stormed out of there cursing ?

This GameStop is absolutely terrible! I took my son here to spend some Christmas money he had. After spending a lot of time in this store with him, he finally picked out a gaming keyboard and microphone he wanted only to find out they were NOT in stock. Why do they keep stuff on the shelf they don’t have? My son was so disappointed! They had a similar keyboard that was $5 more which should have been offered at the same price. I will NEVER go back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Joe helped me put together a Nintendo Switch package for my son. I purchased a screen protector for it and he offered to put it on for me. His customer service was above and beyond. Great job!

Went in several months ago. Through a fluke the games we bought weren't in the cases went we finally got around to wanting to play them four months later. The we being my wife and I.

We went back, explained the situation with the receipt and they took care of us. Great customer service and very kind people. Don't mind the extra drive for that kind of treatment by a wonderful staff.

Walked in after traveling for a while just to take a quick browse and was immediately told they were closing despite them not closing for another hour. Man behind counter just seemed rude in general experience in general. Practically ran to the door as soon as we walked out to lock it despite it being 8:04 …when they close at 9

Great Selection, Employees are very nice and knowledgeable! Just wish they opened up the store earlier but I know that’s a corporate thing not employees fault. Awesome Store!!!

Poor customer service from employee who wouldn’t make eye contact with my wife and me. Traded in a switch and he decided to make us wait roughly an hour after he was done before informing us that he had done so. He seemed occupied with a large number of phones brought in by another man. Won’t return to this GameStop and don’t plan on using GameStop in the future due to the poor customer service at this location.

Wonder if people know that the employees have no control over what Google says their time is. Everytime I've called and asked what time they open/close its always been 11-8 for the past year. Other then that they've always been super nice and if they didn't have something I was looking for they would locate it for me at another store or offer to order it for me.
