Michael and his team are professional, friendly, and intelligent; they have been serving our homes for decades - since they began! In fact, we recently moved to Tennessee and I reached out to Mozaic and they not only helped resolve the issues I was having but they found local tech groups to help us with everything we need. We miss them and if we ever move back to the area we will certainly use them.

I would like to say that this is my first time ever purchasing a audio video system. I was very skeptical at first because two companies that visited my home seemed OK. But when I started to ask questions about prices, the best way to go, I got the feeling they were just trying to sell us a system. And I also felt that they thought I could not afford such a system because I was African American. However, when I first ran into Mozaic and met Michael, he did a fantastic job of of explaining different kinds of systems. He showed me different systems and projects he and his team worked on. I was just struck by his attention to detail when I began to ask questions. I was skeptical about projector systems, but after he explained to me why there was such a difference in how a picture looks on a TV and a projector that helped me make a decision. I was also struct by how knowledgeable Mike was of this equipment and all that went into getting a system. Michael went as far as to show me what good sound sounds like. He asked me to sit in front of some speakers and what I heard was simply amazing. After my first meeting with Mozaic and Michael, i was sold to go with this company to do my new audio video room with my theme of Star Trek. The process of getting the parts took a long time because of COVID, but it was worth the wait. As the process started, Michael made good suggestions to me and his team were very friendly and responsive to all of my questions being that this is my first time ever purchasing projector system with movie quality sound. Mozaic went as far as to give me the room that I would love. He worked with my budget and suggested improvements where he could. Watching this process take place and the attention Mozaic put into installing my system was amazing. The team members no matter what they were doing, they always checked with me on things like is it OK to do this here or there. I am truly amazed at me new system and love the sound. Mozaic even comes out to make sure things are good to go even after the project is done. This is a company that truly put customer service on a level I have not seen in decades. The installers truly love their work and making sure everything sounded the way it was suppose to sound. I would recommended this company to anyone willing to make an investment in their man-cave to make it right. Going from a high def TV to a projector takes some adjustment and getting real movie theatre sound in your man cave is the best thing. I've attached before and after photos of my mancave. I am very please with Mozaic and their customer service and attention to detail. Thank you for putting a smile on my face every time i enter this new mancave.

Had the guys at Mozaic install a home theater surround sound and they did a fantastic job. I received multiple options in different price points, great communication, they showed on time, very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, came to me before proceeding when they had a snag so I understood beforehand, came in under budget and passed the savings on to me, and Michael called once the work was done to ensure that I was satisfied. I don't think they could have done any better.

For several years I have enjoyed the Sonos Sound System in my home. Michael Johnson with Mozaic Audio Video Integration took time in the beginning to educate me about the components and how we could use them. They were able to use some of my existing speakers. The gentlemen that came for the installation were professional, knowledgeable and took time to fully set up my I phone and I pad and make sure I knew how to operate it all. My family and I have been very satisfied with this system. Recently I had a problem with one of my much older outdoor speakers. I called Mozaic and John came out. He spent time tracing the wires and when it appeared we might need some new wiring was considerate of the aesthetics of my landscaping. He knew I would not want a white wire showing. He solved the issue, all is working and I am very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Our project on a recently purchased home was undoubtedly small compared to its other AV jobs, but Mosaic treated it like it was as important as any other. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They arrived on-time and were patient when having to explain the new technology and how to use the equipment. There were a couple of hitches during the process, but Mosaic always responded quickly and kept us informed of the status, and even returned to fix a subsequent problem caused by our Internet/cable provider. At all times, we felt like Mosaic recommended options and performed the work with our best interests in mind rather than just trying to sell more time and equipment. The Mozaic experience has been fantastic! This team is extremely knowledgeable, as well as patient with those of us that can't seem to make up our mind. Michael was a significant help by listening to what we thought we wanted and then presented options based on his knowledge and experience. We are happy that we listened to him and ended up with a better user experience than if we had gone with what we thought we wanted.

The install team was very professional and worked quickly to complete the installation. Upon completion of install and fine tuning of the system, I was given a complete "tour" of my system and all of my questions answered. I was worried about my new "all-in-one" remote, but this one does the trick. I can do everything I need from one single remote and don't have to worry about pulling out my other five remotes when I want to play something from a different device. My wife and daughter have found the system much easier to use than before as well (which is a significant help when I'm not around to show them). The Mozaic team continues to follow up and ensure we have not had any issues, that we don't have any additional questions, that it has met our needs and that we are completely happy with our system.

An added bonus was that the install took less time than initially quoted and Mozaic stood by their word that if it took less than anticipated, the labor cost would be less. Fantastic surprise!

Overall, I would highly recommend Mozaic for all your A/V or automation needs! Fantastic service and customer support. We will be using them for future projects as well!

Mozaic AVI installed our 65 inch Samsung TV. They worked quietly & quickly. They even vacuumed the area afterwards. In addition, they gave me a quick course in how to use You Tube TV. I knew nothing about streaming. I needed a little help afterwards and the after care is amazing. I highly recommend Mozaic . Our viewing experience is greatly enhanced with our new TV and surround sound.
