Convenient location in proximity to South shore shopping center. Clubhouse with pool tables and media room (TV, cable). Full kitchen for events, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, whathaveyou.

Place is ran horribly by both the HOA and the building manager. Rules are not enforced to make this place comfortable to live in. Old building with bad plumbing and paper thin walls. Had car broken into numerous and stollen from “secured” parking garage. Just stay away at all cost.

If I could give the worst review for this place I would! This is the worst complex in Alameda ever! The HMO is toxic and have nothing to do but annoying the tenants. They have so many useless rules and they never take care of the most important things. It’s impossible to feel home in this place, we pay so much money for nothing! Don’t ever buy an apartment in this complex or you would regret it for the rest of your life!

As an any association, rules written from 1974 are old but overall good complex, good amenities , and renters may have irresponsible owners that are not responsive to thier needs.
