TERRIBLE! I am always having to walk around and find somebody to check me out, they never keep my dog's food in stock, and today when I got my dog groomed the groomer said that they can't take my dog back again because he kept falling over on the table. I have NEVER had a groomer that had that issue with my dog. When I told her that, she said it was just because he's a senior. Why do they even take senior dogs if they're not gonna work with something that a senior may do When I got home with my dog, I put him on my table and picked up each of his legs one at a time and even trimmed the areas the groomer messed up on, and while I did have to hold him up a little bit, he did not fall over once. I don't think that groomer knows how to handle old dogs. Not coming back here again and I don't recommend that anyone should.

My husband took our dog for grooming yesterday. The same scheduled de-sheading, shape up grooming we do this time of year since we have had him. Pet Depot which is now Pet Supplies Plus has always done great until this time. They SHAVED our poor dog and gave him a poodle cut!!! He looks ridiculous!!!! And they still charged us the $30 for desheading treatment even though they SHAVED our beautiful long haired dog!!!! We will NEVER use them again! I don't know what happened to our normal groomer there but this one was awful!!! I never write negative reviews but I am so disappointed and I how this doesn't happen to another pup. They should have called before they decided to take shavers to our dog. They called 1:20pm stating he was taking longer because he was scared and they had an issue with his grooming but I never expected this; he was dropped off at 9am and wasn't ready until 4:49pm!!! The red haired girl that works here is so rude! I went 3 times before commenting. She makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong by coming in! I won't go back because of her!

Need to update the store hours on the website. I showed up thinking the stores was opening at 9 but on the sign on the front of the store said 10. As a first time costumer to this store this needs to be fixed. Can cause a lot of confusion.

The ladies working in the store tonight were so sweet and friendly! They loved on my baby and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back to get more treats soon!

I have had pet snakes for over 10 years and never had issues. After Pet Depot was bought out by this company and started selling new frozen feeder mice, I had two of my pet snakes die within 2 months. Both deaths were a day or 2 after feeding… I will never be purchasing ANYTHING for any of my animals from this store ever again. Not even for my cat. I’m done.

Went this past Saturday and didn't feel welcomed at all. We looked around at the aquarium area for 15 minutes, no one offered to help us and we were the only customers in the store at the time. So, I had to go to the front and ask for help. The lady that came to help us was so dry and nonchalant to every question I asked. Not a good experience

Employees are kind and welcoming - asked if we needed help multiple times. Groomers are awesome! Our dog loves Brittany and Cassidy. Love having a pet store nearby.
