I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition May 2024 … it had 1 bad tire on it , so they agreed to put a brand new one on it until we could make it back to Mississippi (6 hour drive from them) and 2 weeks later the transmission went out. We had purchased an extended warranty with the expedition. The Warranty would not cover a brand new transmission, but would cover a used one with the same amount of miles on it. We didn’t want that, we wanted an eternity fix. We of course were going to be out of pocket because they would only pay up to a certain amount , the warranty place was giving us the run around BUT once we contacted Jerry at Buster Miles - he got his rep on our claim. Yesterday we picked our expedition up and Jerry called, said to email him the paperwork & our out of pocket cost… they are reimbursing us! Thank you Buster Miles for a good experience all the way from Mississippi!!

I contacted this dealer to inquire about a vehicle posted by my lender’s online vehicle finder. They had the car I wanted with low miles and a great price. I was prequalified by my lender and we hashed out all the details over the phone. I came in on a Monday, test drove the car and was out in an hour or two. They provided great service and everything went smoothly because of their friendly salespeople like Jayla. While I was there, I checked with their parts department for a hard to find part for my current vehicle. They went above and beyond to find the part, and to find a way to source it for me. Exceptional service all around. I will definitely look over their inventory for any future vehicle purchases, and their parts department has a new loyal customer. If I didn’t live so far away, they would probably become my one stop service dealer.

I went to Buster Miles Chevrolet to get help with a wheel replacement. I had already been to other dealerships and no one would help me. John at Buster Miles took on the task and got it done. We purchased the wheel and tire replacement warranty when we purchased the truck. We paid really good money for this warranty and it was nothing but a headache. It took two months for John to get it done but he took care of it. Thanks to him we got a new wheel. But I will tell everyone not to purchase the wheel and tire replacement warranty. It was told to us when we purchased it that it was hassle free no questions ask. But it was the horrible experience dealing with the warranty company. John made it painless for us but it was horrible for him. After every other dealership turned us away he took on the task and got it done. Buster Miles has always taken care of us. John is the best service gentleman that I have ever dealt with. So go see him. He’s the best!!! Thank you John for helping us when no one else would.

The price of the truck was posted on the website and they did not try to add any unwanted accessories like most dealers. Once we had agreed on the price and trade in value by phone and email, it only took 45 minutes to sign the paperwork and take delivery. This was appreciated. They did not pressure us in any way. I would purchase from Buster Miles again. Glenn was very helpful.
