I went through the entire interview process with Human, did my reference checks, signed the contract for the job position, gave my two weeks at the current company I was at, and I was in the middle of purchasing a house. Two weeks after signing the contract, Human contacted me and told me they decided they no longer needed a Director or Marketing. This almost cost me getting my house. It cost me my previous job I had been at for 2 years and gave my 2-week notice to. Don't bother even interviewing with this company. They will pull the rug out from under you at the last minute.

The only marketing company that I have ever worked with that understands that dollars invested in marketing needs to translate to revenue. The majority of companies I have worked with always want to work on "brand".
