Had a whole family come, 8 members. They were great with my special needs kiddos. They were very patient with a last add in and retake. They were amazing! It’s stressful enough to take photos, never the less with kids. Been coming here for years, glad we came back

1. I’m in the restaurant industry, and if you consider that your competition then by all means continue with your conspiracy theories. Stalking me for information is creepy, by the way.
2. Do you go into a bank and stand right behind the banking managers’ desks watching them work? By your logic that’s an open-kitchen concept since there’s no door.
3. I never said I had an appointment with YOU. I accepted the photos to rush to an appointment elsewhere which wouldn’t have happened if you didn’t open 30 minutes late. Read thoroughly.
4. Arguing with you is exhausting as you cannot accept that a customer wasn’t happy with your services and pathetic attempt at defending yourself with made-up “policies” that people are supposed to just understand.
5. There is nothing to resolve. I am an unhappy customer who shared my honest opinion of my experience at your store. There’s your resolution.

I’m well-aware of an open-kitchen concept, which is not remotely close to what your store offers. Your computer is tucked away in a corner behind the counter. Why would a customer assume they can follow you behind the counter and stand behind you while you edit the picture? Your employee said absolutely nothing to me after taking the pictures until he handed them to me and asked for payment, so how could I know that was even an option? I wasn’t too “occupied by my phone” to watch you edit the pictures. No one in their right mind would assume they can just go behind a store’s counter as they please.

I never said my eyes were closed, but I know what I look like when they’re not fully open. It’s not up to you or anyone else to determine how “open” my eyes were. I also did not pay for the pictures and “later claim” about being unhappy. I made it clear in that moment that I didn’t like how they turned out. Why would I ask for a retake if I was happy with them? Do not twist the situation or my words. If I didn’t need to rush to an appointment I wouldn’t have accepted the pictures. I also wouldn’t have been rushing if you actually opened at 10:00am which is posted on your door. We’re all late sometimes but 30 whole minutes is ridiculous.

Uploading my picture without my consent violates my copyright and privacy rights, and I’m sure it’s obvious I do not give you permission to do so. Proceed with this invasion of my privacy and I’ll take legal action.

So disappointing. Took a passport picture which didn’t take long. However, the guy took my pictures, then went to edit & print them without saying a word. When he showed me the picture I asked to retake it because I was clearly blinking, so my eyes were partially closed. He said they don’t do retakes if they already printed the picture. Then maybe you should show your customers the pictures BEFORE printing them. It was the younger man who took my pictures but I’m sure “service” would have been the same regardless of who did.

I had a very disappointing experience with this photo business. The owner was quick to take my photo but didn't seem to pay much attention to the details or my preferences. When I received the photos, they were of poor quality and not what I had hoped for. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, I was not offered any refund or even an attempt to make things right. To make matters worse, their prices were expensive, making this a bad business all around. I do not recommend this photo service to anyone.

Quickly takes pictures without paying much attention. One of our family members (my sister of 11 years old) didn’t smile and asked for a retake while still shooting of one pose and refused to be cooperative. He then told us it was my sisters fault for not smiling. Started a huge argument and just told us to take our money because he was not going to retake a shot. Not cooperative. Not attentive. Would take my money somewhere else to a place that cares more for taking good pictures and being cooperative with costumers. Not professional.

It’s nice to have someone still do quality work on taking your passport picture right. We went to 2 Walgreens and their camera was broken. Came here and got picture perfect for 10 years passport.
