Absolutely terrible company. The communication with this company is one of the worst I have experienced in the Ad space. I have been through two account representatives who both halted all responses and never responded to my emails, Ryan Dance and Kirk Wyckoff. Very frustrating. It also took about 4 weeks to get a campaign up and going. There was no communication about several things that could have been fixed if they had been brought to our attention. Also the demo also seemed very impressive and then once we got access to the platform I felt as though it was lacking capabilities. Overall I hated the experience and was very frustrated with the experience. We would have left after a couple weeks if we did not have a contract.

We have always had excellent service. Michelle is wonderful. We have purchased plenty of inventory from them and always feel as though we get taken care of. We have our own marketing specialists, but their team brings plenty of talent as well.

Over $8k spent because they CLAIMED we had a 90-day contract (snuck that into the small print did they?) ONE (1) lead. Run - run fast and don't turn around
