Great group to work with! Their team really takes the time to learn and understand your business and listens to you about your needs, and they are very responsive in addressing specific questions and requests. After our initial discussions, they helped us devise a targeted approach for reaching customers that fit in the budget we set for them, using their data and expertise. They do not have a cookie cutter approach to things, but took into account our specific business, locations, and market niche. They made recommendations but do not have a high pressure approach. I really appreciated their insight as we were able to make several improvements to our prior marketing that showed results almost immediately! The ongoing relationship we have built is a very important part of this process. We have regular follow up where they bring concrete data showing the results of our marketing and we make tweaks to it going forward. We are data driven in how we operate our business and it is great that they have the tools to show us the effectiveness of our spend in detail. And it is only getting better for us as we go! Overall the process is seamless and very easy! I would highly recommend working with them!
