For our wedding in Napa, we worked with Rion Designs for planning, design, rentals, and florals. The fact that Rion was able to eliminate the need to use numerous other vendors was definitely a selling point for us, and proved to make the whole process a lot easier and less stressful. They provided thoughtful and knowledgeable advice and guidance throughout the entire planning process.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the design and every meticulous detail. We received numerous compliments that it was the best wedding anyone had ever been too. We couldn’t have done it without Jamie and the whole team at Rion Designs, and will be forever grateful that they made our wedding dreams come true.

We worked with the team at Rion Designs who provided event rentals and design as well as florals to our wedding in Saint Helena, Napa Valley in the Fall of 2019. They were so wonderful to work with. They were extremely flexible and patient with us since we were planning our wedding from across the country and worked with our busy schedules.

Jamie planned the perfect wedding for my husband and I. It was always a pleasure to chat with her each week. She helped us find a new venue that was fabulous (Stanly Ranch) and created an exceptional vendor team. She is truly a visionary, but also understood our personality and what would suit our tastes with very little direction from us. I trusted her completely to make our wedding beautiful and fun. She did not disappoint! Rion Designs also crushed it with the florals and furniture rentals. They were gorgeous and tasteful.

I came to Rion Designs from a recommendation from a colleague...and I was blown away with the final vision. It was a pleasure working with Jamie throughout the planning, ideation, and execution. I came to her with a rough vision and idea of what I wanted for my event and she and her team filled in the blanks and came back with a very impressive and detailed vision board. With the planning process being so smooth, I was excited for the execution while onsite in Napa. Her team was quick and kind. I'd like to call out Eliseo and his partners as they were willing to stay later and arrive early to assist with the full vision. Her onsite team who created the floral overhang we also stellar! The team is clearly a well-oiled machine, but goes above and beyond to impress the client they're working with. They were all polite and also assisted in the execution of my vision onsite. There were multiple room flips and redesigns across the three days, with an extravagant Forest-themed party to conclude - all went above and beyond my standards. I absolutely cannot recommend Rion Designs enough. They created an unforgettable experience for my corporate event. I am excited to partner with Rion Designs in the many other events I will have in the future.
