Doctor sent the prescription at 2:30. I get there at 5:44 after working all day. Wait for an hour just for them to tell me I have to wait another hour. Go back an hour later and wait another hour. I legit did not get my prescription for my child with a toothache until 9pm! And to top it off, United Health apparently doesn't cover liquid ibuprofen for a small child with a toothache. I AM SO LIVID! I will never in my life use this pharmacy again. I only give it 2 stars because the poor pharmacy worker was so polite and looked exhausted. They need to amp up their staff or something. I never experience anything like this at Rite Aid. Never.

This location has been extremely frustrating. On 1/24, the pharmacy tech lied to me, claiming they didn’t have my prescription in stock. However, as soon as I asked to speak to someone else, they suddenly “found it” and said they would fill it. Despite this, I never received any notification that it was ready. When I called back on 1/25, I was told it had never been processed. Now they’re claiming my insurance won’t cover it, even though I confirmed with my insurance beforehand that it would. I told them I’d pay out of pocket, but now it’s going to take over two hours to fill. I’m sure they still won’t fill it, though. This place seriously needs to be looked into—how can you lie to patients about having prescriptions in stock? Isn’t that an ethical violation?

I was checking out and was translating for somebody and one of the old cashiers was very impatient and rude and acted as if we were stupid talking to us as if we were toddlers. She decided to move us to the side, without advising us, to allow other customers be serviced first and moved what we were buying somewhere else without saying anything and forgot about us. It felt racist also considering she was also an ethnic person.

If I could give this location -100 stars I would this place needs to change management or shut down completed the pharmacy line is always long. No one literally knows what they are doing. Horrible fill your prescription at Safeway across the street cause it giving ghetto!!!!

A great placement for a pharmacy store to be at. Just across is a smaller store and along the road is also Safeway which is very convenient for someone that needs multiple things done. The parking is always available and the employees are not that bad. I would say though that some other services like getting prescription medicine or having a flu shot takes a bit longer. But if you don't mind the wait, time would go along much faster and wouldn't seem that long.

Pharmacy placed me on hold 6 times, was waiting 20 minutes. A suggestion, if the wait is more than 5 minutes, can the staff please let you know, so you can call back later. The music on hold can drive a person nutty.

The pharmacy staff is great. If there is an issue, they explain and handle it quickly. The problem I have is with the young cashiers. Mocking costumers, talking and laughing amongst themselves and finally having the young, overweight cashier tell her co-workers I was irritating when I was right behind her (because all the the staff was blocking the isle and I had nowhere else to go). I could think of several things I’d like to tell that lovely representative. However, unlike her, I’m professional and tactful. Perhaps managment needs to interview better 🤷‍♀️
