Jonathan and his great team at Adapt Real Estate are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about every step of the process whatsoever when I first started looking at homes or what to expect throughout the process.

The amount of effort and time he put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. Jonathan was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need but needed for my sanity) – every decision I made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands.

Making an informed decision is the most essential part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested in purchasing a home, having someone who correctly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I’m not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc. He was always candid and provided his perspective on different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision-making based on what they had learned about me. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily.

Again, as a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are several things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Jonathan went above and beyond (as I’m positive he does with all of his clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout.

Overall, I strongly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially first-time homebuyers. I would trust him with my eyes closed, and his attention to detail and level of time/dedication to his clients are outstanding.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Jonathan. He set the highest standards and indeed practiced “service above self.” You won this customer!

As first time home buyers and sellers, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but Jonathan made the process for us smooth and easy. Whenever we had a question, he was quick to answer. He would always work with our schedule which was a major plus considering we have an infant. He would also make sure to keep us updated on any little thing regarding the buying and selling process. So this review is a long time coming, I really should have left this review immediately after the sale of our home and purchase of our new home because Jonathan deserves that, Jonathan deserves the upmost respect and praise for his Above and beyond professionalism. Sometime early 2020 my husband and I on a every other day basis contemplated moving. We had grown tired of Vallejo and all it's non-sense, but we were more comfortable with the devil we knew as opposed to the one we didn't plus we loved our house. So needless to say my husband contacted Jonathan a couple times in the year 2020 and gave him the runaround and then would cancel on him. Moving forward August 3, 2021 my husband and I woke up and decided thats it we are going to move and once again we contacted Jonathan and we were kind of embarrassed thinking that he would not take us seriously but Jonathan was very professional and he came over the very next day on time and ready. Jonathan asked us all the questions we gave him all the answers and he took it from there. August 5 he had a photographer taking pictures of our home and August 6 that was a Friday our house went live, August 7 we had an open house and pretty much it was a done deal, Sold!!! The cool thing is he sold us our current house at the exact same time of selling our other house in Vallejo. My husband and I were so impressed with Jonathan. He is top notch. Not only does Jonathan meet all the requirements on a professional level but aesthetically the guy Should be on that show million dollar listing because he has that kind of swag and coolness about him. Jonathan if you are reading this review thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being patient with us because we all know it paid off on your end and of course our end as well. Thank you!!!!!

Making the choice to sell our “forever home” was a very hard decision for our family. BUT, after it’s all said and done (and SOLD)—the decision-making turned out to be the hardest part. The selling process was the LEAST stressful thing about it all (THANK YOU SO MUCH ADAPT REAL ESTATE!)

If you are in the same boat as us, here’s some tips we learned from OUR journey:
1. Choose a team you trust. Trust is hard in any business, so we chose a real estate company that displayed integrity through character (understood family balance chaos, active in their communities), and a company that took pride in the quality of their work (social media, reviews, success stories). One factor that stood out to us was their contribution and presence in the communities they represent, especially Solano County. Choosing a team that we trusted helped us feel confident about any further decisions we needed to make regarding the sale of our home.
2. Ask questions, even silly ones! We didn’t know ANYTHING about selling our home. Gratefully, we didn’t have to because we chose a realtor who knew what HE was doing.
3. (My favorite one)… just sit back and wait for directions. We trusted Adapt to lead the way. Jonathan takes pride in his practice, and his professionalism and his expertise guided us!

Few specifics that reassured us during the process:
-They came PREPARED!!!!! Met us on the first day with graphics and research about the location, current market trends, similar home comparisons, AND a strategy in mind. The strategy was the most impressive part because the reasoning behind the strategy is the wisdom that can only come through experience. We appreciated that the conversation was collaborative instead of one-sided. We came up with a game plan that we agreed upon together.
-The game plan worked! Despite being in a rough market (October 2023), we received an offer the VERY next day after being on the market. Specific to our home, the buyers also had to agree to assuming a solar loan with the sale, Jonathan communicated that condition very tactfully and successfully.
-My husband and I were responsible for cleaning and keeping the home tidy for showings, but EVERYTHING ELSE was handled by their team: open houses, social media advertising, videos, photos, signs, flyers, EVERYTHING! We just said “yes, go for it” and THEY. GOT. IT. DONE.
-We let them know that texting is preferred (our little kids are too loud for phone conversations). For us, it helps our communication be concise, efficient, and clear! I felt that Jonathan and Zherr-Anne understood and respected that which made it easier for us to communicate!
-Jonathan understood OUR goal as a family. Everyone has their own goal—whether it’s financial (let’s get the most we can), time (let’s make it happen ASAP), or unique to your situation. Our goal was “as easy and less stressful as possible. Let’s avoid any prolonging or extra pressure while uprooting our toddlers.” And Jonathan and Zherr-Anne, you absolutely helped us achieve that. Our kids could not be any happier as we move into a new chapter. We are so grateful for your expertise, professionalism, and genuine kindness! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, we’re so glad that we chose your Adapt family to help our family!
