Barbara is the best person ever! She went above and beyond to help me and other customers with our returns and shipments- and did it joyfully! She was patient, kind, and exceedingly efficient at operating this location. I highly recommend this place because of Barbara and appreciate her immensely!

Do better. Stop making promises you can't keep. You guys should advertise shipping as between 7 to 14 days after ANY order is placed period. You would have less disappointed customers.

And no, your DM or social media contact info isn't needed as it would most likely make me even more disappointed. Fix yourself. You guys are getting paid for this.......

My phone autocorrected my address on me, so I had to chase my package down. The staff at this location took care of me right away. I can’t complain. You can tell that the drivers and the cashiers enjoy their job!

The driver that runs my route comes out of this hub. Now, out of the blue, he or she has decided my name isn’t valid and won’t deliver packages to me. They are even nice enough to never knock on the door and never ring the doorbell when making a delivery attempt. Additionally they don’t leave a ‘missed delivery’ slip for me to be able to do anything about it.

Edit: How am I supposed to reply via social media DM…? I don’t use any of those social media.

Worthless store hours. "Opens at 2 PM"

My 2 day delivery package was already late and should have delivered before Thanksgiving, but when it showed On the truck for delivery on black Friday, signature required, I was forced to stay home all day.

The truck online tracker showed it in my neighborhood, but never came down my street. No attempt to deliver was made. The next day, they did not even send out a delivery attempt.

I want my shipping charge back after this utter failure. If my package does not arrive soon, I will be filing a claim as it is very high value.

I guess we are now in that time of year where tracking does not matter, it does not matter what service you pay for, you will get your packages when they deem you worthy.

I had a misdelivered package on 11/29/2022. Very expensive item. I was supposed to sign for. I never received it, nor signed for anything, yet they amazingly show p.o.d. As of yet, have not been able to do anything except file a claim with virtual assistant. Also, have to wait 15 days. Spoke with my UPS driver, and he says he was off that day...... amazing huh.

This review comes way overdue! Absolutely the best place to take any of your shipping needs, the hours here are so PERFECT! Location couldn’t be better and mostly the two personnel that work up front are always helpful and knowledgeable! All the other employees I’ve came in contact with are so nice too!!
