Beautiful place to sit and have lunch. 4 stars at the moment there is a lot of algae growth they are trying to clean up. Grounds are very clean and have squirrels and ducks to feed on the grounds. Some dock fishing.

Nice boat ramp piers and picnic tables. Restrooms available. Very nice views available. Plenty of ducks to feed. Seems to be a good place to leave your boat trailer so that it is safe and secured until you get back from boating. I was able to walk my dog here before I left for boating and afterwards. There was some people just riding by in cars / trucks with loud music but that was ok but it may bother some people. The road circles around so I think people were just riding around in the park for leisure.

Great park. lots to do. Renting boat, kayaks, paddle boards and boats, fishing off the peers. renting cabins, camper spots. nature walking. There are good food options in the park and the have shaved ice. play ground for the kids. Awesome Place !!!!!

Boat ramp review and lake review. Our first visit to area. Boat ramp could use repairs. Ramp more like 3.4 rating. Its a two lane ramp but very small two lanes and one side pretty bad. Please remember boating etiquette; have stuff ready prior to launching don't mess around in vehicle or get vessel organized, and same when reloading load move up out of way so others can use ramp. Understandable if having issues loading or boat issues. Lake boating respectfulness another issue at this lake/river fisherman apparently think they own the lake. We had one going way to fast in one of smaller areas between red and green buoys to get out to bigger waterway they were way less than 100 feet from us very rude and unsafe by a family boating with small child. Another example during same lake trip we had two fishing boats that were together pull right put in front of us as they decided they were done and wanted to leave right we were coming through. This lake/river is very grassy have to find just right spot for getting in for swim or water skiing. Lake shoreline is pretty with trees and hills. Not sure if much areas for pulling over on shoreline

Great place to relax.. picnic tables... rv park.. kc bbq restaurant is great.. good fishing places. Definitely worth visiting
