My wife Charlene and I had been searching everywhere for a new vehicle. We went to several different dealers searching for the particular vehicle that we had in mind. After months of searching my wife said that she thought that she had found the one at Honda of Jasper. We called the dealer and were connected with Cary Wade. Cary was very kind and said that the vehicle was still available and if we would like to drive it he would get it ready for a test drive. We told him to get it ready and we were on our way. From this point forward all that I can say is WOW…..Cary was amazing to work a deal with. There was no sales pressure and it was a completely comfortable buying experience. Cary introduced us to his sales manager Tom Coker and again another amazing person to work with. Honda of Jasper is truly a 5 star dealership with 5 star employees. Absolutely the best automotive purchase experience I have had in my life of 66 yrs. These guys are honest and that is hard to come by these days. I live in Huntsville and felt like I went to Mayberry! If you are considering a vehicle purchase give Justin and Tom a chance to take care of you. Went shopping for a new vehicle decided to start at Honda of Jasper, Alabama. We are so glad we did. We were able to look at the vehicles we were interested in without being pressured. Once we decided that we had a vehicle (Honda Odyssey) that we wanted to get the details and test drive we went inside. There we were greeted by a kind lady behind the front desk and asked how she could help. We ask to see a salesman about the Odyssey and Mr. Blake came to help. Mr. Blake was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle and ask if we had questions and we went for a test drive. We were impressed and decided to make the purchase. Once inside the paperwork and business aspect went quickly and smooth. Everyone was professional and friendly and made you feel like family rather than just another customer. The owner of the dealership called me about a 2011 Honda CRV. He said he would check on the availability before I drove to Jasper. He called back about 20min later saying the car was at the detail shop and would be ready in an hour and a half. After about an hour I received a call from another sales person saying the car would be in detail all day, but I could come by and he would take me to look at it- by that point the car was sold. All of this happened with in a three hour window. The first time he called was before any sales person had gotten to the dealership. Bad business practices. If you say a car is available then have it available. Know your business and communicate with the customer.
