When I found Taylor Boone, I was interested in having a professional portrait of myself to give my grown kids as a keepsake. Though I wanted a nice photograph, I was really nervous about it - I'm extremely camera shy and probably the last person on earth who would want to sit for "real," professional photos. However, I'm so incredibly glad I went for it and grateful I found Taylor to do this special portrait. She was understanding, down-to-earth, and customer service oriented in every way. I have no idea how to "pose" or "look good" in photos, but Taylor guided me through every step in such a manner that I almost forgot about the camera! It was basically a lovely chat with a friendly person that had an end result of gorgeous photographs. I was also thrilled that Taylor supported my preference to do a retro look. When I shyly mentioned I love 50s/early 60s hair, she TOTALLY understood what I was talking about and said, "Go for it; it'll look great!" Overall, I had an AMAZING experience with Taylor. I felt encouraged, supported, and comfortable during our session, and now my kids have beautiful photos of their mom to keep forever! Working with Taylor has been such a blessing - I highly recommend her to anyone with any photography needs.

Taylor made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident during our shoot. I can honestly say it was the funnest, most relaxed shoot I've ever had (I normally don't enjoy getting my picture taken). Taylor worked really hard to make everything perfect. She was incredibly professional, energetic, and clearly passionate about her work, which in turn made me really excited about the shoot. Taylor easily connects with her clients and me specifically. Honestly, Taylor's love and energy brings a special life to her photos. She took 15 or so headshots and my friends all thought a different one was better than all the rest. Actually all of the pictures were amazing and I was forced to choose. Then, I took a chance and had family photos and prints made. Every photo captured something special and choosing was crazy difficult! I have been enjoying these for more than 2 years now.

My professional photo shoot with Taylor was nothing short of fun, easy, super comfortable and absolutely did not even feel like I was being photographed - Taylor is so friendly and fun to work with, she really takes any stress out of it and just made me relax and have fun - and the results were, well, perfect and seemed to really capture "me" 🙂 I would so highly recommend her!! And she has been super helpful even after the photo shoot, with timeliness of photos and follow up, she's a real gem!!

Taylor is a true professional in every sense of the word. She’s prepared, she’s easy to work with, she’s flexible in any situation and adapts easily to the moment (she’s worked with my two toddlers so she’s got the patience of a preschool teacher), and she’s incredibly creative. But more than her professionalism, Taylor has an incredible heart for what she does and it shows in her process and in her final product. I could not recommend anyone higher for building your brand through photography and cinematography.
