I had the worst experience with this company. Not only could the logo of my company not be added to the shirts the way we discussed, but my shirt had a Gildan soft style tag but was apparently miss tagged bc it was 100% cotton and not 60/40. I called as soon as I returned home from picking them up only to be told she could order another shirt that would be a week to get in AND I would have to pay again for the shirt AND the vinyl. For a mistake that was NOT mine. It took a week to get the shirts I ordered and I received them a day before I needed them. I ordered 2 hoodies, 2 t shirts and an embroidered hat. $160 of merchandise and I was the one to pay for the mistake? I will NEVER use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone!

These girls do all my monogramming and vinyl! They carry a great selection of shirts and other items that can be personalized. They also sell seasonal and relevant pre-made items. So fantastic!

They recently created the gifts for my daughter in love's baby shower. 10 out of 10. She loved everything! Thanks again y'all =)

Custom shirts and signs in jasper alabama has always had my business. Today they have forever lost it. We placed our travel baseball jersey order with them. An order that was over $1000. This order was a nightmare. When we were given prices to give to our parents they gave us the wrong prices and then didn’t want to hold their word on the prices after we had already receive the orders from our parents. When we got our order back they had a number on one of our kids jersey wrong and refuse to fix it. I gave them an order sheet that had EVERYTHING laid out beautifully. Very easy to read. They messed up multiple things on this order and refuse to make it right. They have lost my business, and if you have something that you need done right the first time at the price they give you I do not recommend using them.

Wow! I had been looking all over for a reliable person who could do a very special order for me before Christmas. I found it at Custom Shirts & Signs. I am ashamed that I didn't get the young woman's name who helped me. She was great! Very reassuring and helped me look through a book of different fonts, which I had no idea I would have a choice about. They didn't have a particular size of t-shirt I wanted but she told me she could order it and still have it in time for Christmas! I also had decals made for our teardrop camper as a surprise for my husband for Christmas! Reasonable prices and wonderful service! AND it's ready for Christmas!!

I specifically requested 8 separate 3.5" inch strips of vinyl cut, this way they could be applied as striped. Instead I recieved 8 strips on two sheets making it impossible to peel off one at a time let alone use it for my intended application. They were also 3.75" in width. When confronted with these concerns the only thing they could say was and I quote, "Well you've already paid for them." I refuse to do any more business with them...the lack of professionalism, and poor listening skills and the carelessness have left a foul taste in my mouth. So much for trying to support small hometown businesses.

Work was not performed as requested. Requested embroidered personalization on my unborn son's hospital outfits & diaper bag. Vinyl was applied instead of embroidery & totally ruined all 4 items. Fonts, colors, & sizing of personalization were also all wrong. Owner & employee were EXTREMELY rude about the entire situation & not once even offered a simple apology & refused to make this order right. When we refused to pay for the work performed since it wasn't what we requested, we were told that we would not be given our merchandise back that was purchased elsewhere until we paid. Had to repurchase all 4 items & take them to a different shop to have personalization done, costing us over $100 for a mistake that was not our fault. Will make sure EVERYONE knows the HORRIBLE work & customer service we received from this establishment.
