This is a decent place to work if you have no other job options. However, the sales roles are extremely overwhelming—commission-based, door-to-door sales with long hours, a stressful work environment, and chaotic, financially unfavorable commuting to assigned territories. While the company promotes cultural diversity and teamwork, these positives are overshadowed by the challenges mentioned above.

Its affiliated companies, including Wolf Den Consulting and Pacific Cielo, operate in a similar manner. The so-called 'leaders' act more as pushers, often taking advantage of people’s financial situations. I would only consider this job as a last resort in the event of a financial or employment crisis.

Highly recommend you do your research on this 'industry' if you're considering joining for some reason. They reached out via cold emailing about a marketing position they thought I would be a good fit for but it was actually just door-to-door sales hustling AT&T wireless and fiber. Also it's commission only and has a super high turnover rate. Get out before you lose too much money on their scheme. Never got my gas reimbursement either.

I also recommend watching "The Slave Circle" documentary on YouTube. It explains the whole thing extremely well.
