I was referred by a few people to Arden Audio for a sound setup! I am one happy camper! I brought my own subs and amp and not once did anyone try to upsell me on anything. Everything was installed super neatly and organized which is important but the way it sounds inside and out is impressive! You exceeded my expectations by far! This is the cleanest sounding install I’ve ever had, and the cost was much less than I expected! Thank you Arden Audio for the quick and clean install, superb sound and affordable price! I’ll be seeing you soon for the tint! Thanks again! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Walked in and immediately got helped. Was sent down the street to their other shop where the customer service was excellent. Music came out super great. Didn't even spend over $500. Would recommend to anybody wanting music installed right.

When I confronted the owner he started swearing and yelling at me. I dont recommend this place. I asked to delete a set of speakers so that the head unit would drive two sets of speakers instead of three which would have made an impedance mismatch. I left unhappyly spent with the job improperly incomplete.

Took longer than usual... paid in advance in full for beat installation and tint but had to wait overnight unexpectedly...still get 5 stars because for the inconvenience gave 2 extra speakers and tint and the sound is the definition of 'music to my ears '... not only do I recommend but now I know I don't have to look nowhere else when it comes to this business

Took my girls lexus here to get a radio unit installed. These guys took care of me and have good prices. I also messed something on the unit up months later and took it back and they fixed it free of charge. Great Service!

Are there customer service was great the price was not I just literally bought a stereo for over 200 wish the same thing was online for 140 with a better backup camera they should allow or at least let your customers know no refunds store credit only what do customers do with store credit if we don't need the stereo and they charge a 20% restocking fee that's ridiculous

Great service top notch equipment. Ballin on a budget? This is the spot. DS18 for the mids and Memphis audio for the subs.I’d get the Sundown audio if I were you, but I’m ballin on a budget plus I’m from Memphis so I gotta rep da set 💪🏾
