Went to the grocery store here. They really need to clean this area up. The parking area and storefront looks like they don't care about cleaning up they're just doing business. The poor homeless people are hanging out and it's understandable they're looking for a place to rest. For the prices they charge they need to do better or talk to the owners of that strip mall. I really hate going to this location but it's around the corner. I'm starting to go up the street to BelAir more frequently.

The plaza is great, but the surrounding area makes me not even want to walk out there. 4 plus car stolen and they not doing much about it or maybe they did, I just didn't know any differences

Woke up this morning to go to work and someone told me a neighbor got his truck stolen and a vehicle got stolen a week or two ago. In the same area.... where the security guards at? Or police?

It's an okay shopping mall if you only need groceries. However, just like everywhere else in South Natomas the people there drive like maniacs, so be careful. Also don't swing by at night.

The FoodMaxx here is great, they've got produce, which we couldn't find at Walmart down the road when we first moved here. There are lots of other shops, and the parking is pretty good. The speed bumps all over are kind of annoying 🤷‍♂️, it does keep the speed down and makes San Juan Village safer.

There is also a bike rack on the front left side of FoodMaxx, it's bolted to the sidewalk so it's pretty secure 👍.

I frequently visit this area at least twice a day because I live near this area whether I'm at FoodMaxx or whether I'm at the water dispensary or picking up some Chicago Pizza or having a bite at fish and chips this area is safe sociable with friendly people the visit hopefully they'll bring more excitement to this area to liven it up even more

This place has alot to offer especially if your hungry and want to shop for family clothing. My only observation of this shopping center is that it has alot of liquor stores which makes this area looks overly saturated which smoke shops and liquor stores.

Make sure you have someone else watch your vehicle when going into a store. Plenty of people want to vandalize your car and steal for themselves
