For a Saturday night, it was pretty much what you can except..Very Busy! The service was great, and I can tell they were a little understaffed, but they did really thrive to make everyone happy 😊
The food was good.. We had the stuffed crust, and it was hot and fresh, and to be honest, I was surprised how fresh and delicious it was.. The salad bar was a little understocked and needed service often.. But they did have fresh choices, and it was overall good.. We will be back soon to take our little ones... Everything was clean and to our satisfaction.. Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese staff, for making our last minute outing a great one!! 👍

I purchased the pass but it wasn't available until the next day. I did not know that so I waited in line with my 2 toddlers for about 20 minutes because there was only one person some guy named aster that looked totally suicidal. He wouldn't override my pass or even try to get a manager to help me. That place is seriously understaffed. I will always choose the citrus heights location over Arden!

It’s insane how you have to keep buying points to get a discount on the fun zone. I already had 80 points, like why do I need to keep buying more just for a discount. Asked the front desk person, his answer “because that’s the system.” What a beautiful professional answer. Good job to the hiring managers for hiring people that are rude and sarcastic. No wonder everyone goes to the chucke cheese in Citrus Heights. Horrible service here. They would be acting like that. Last time I’m coming here.

I went here with some family for my 17th birthday because my special interest is animatronics, and it was enjoyable for the most part. They had all five animatronics, and they were in pretty good condition. The food was surprisingly yummy, I didn’t have high expectations because most of the other places I’ve been to have had mediocre food. They had two different sections of games for kids to play, one for smaller kids and another for bigger kids. It was crowded which had its cons, but it was kind of nice to see because a lot of other locations are nearly empty nowadays. Had a nice time 🙂

Not the Chuck E. Cheese of my childhood, which is a good thing. Everything is cleaner. Instead of tokens and tickets, everything is on a player card and each card is unlimited for a certain length of time, which is also nice. There is no longer the freaky animatronics that only partly worked.

Took our kids there, one being 19 and the other almost 8 and he's autistic. We went for the games and didn't buy pizza. They had 2 options: by the half hour or game plays. We opted for game plays which lasted about an hour and a half. And still didn't use all of them before the young one wanted to go. Lots of video games and little kiddie rides. The trampoline room was an extra $10 and had to wait 10-15 minutes for an employee to tend to it. I miss the animatronic characters that they had when I was a kid. They have big screen TV and videos instead with a light up Kids Bop dance pad. Overall it was a great experience and a fair value.

I've been to Chuck e cheese since I was a kid. This has to be the worst of all it's franchise. The employees are very rude, unprofessional, and really doesn't care for the feelings of its customers. I even left almost seeing one of the crew members who was a man , trying to fight a pregnant female in the parking lot. If I could give zero starts I'd give many. Terrible service and just unsafe for toddlers.
