I am very pleased with Mike's Camera. It's hard to find custom size options to print photos. I was happy to find Mike's Camera to print my 12x24 picture. I uploaded it online, and in a day, I was able to pick up my photo. They can also mail it to you. The quality of the picture is great. Thank you, Mike's Camera!

Had, yet another, terrible experience here. Every time I go in the sales people/employees are generally rude. They answer my questions as minimally as possible. Today, the sales person stopped helping me in the middle of helping me to have a conversation with a former employee who wasn't even buying anything. Save yourself the time and poor experience and just order camera supplies from B&H online.

Looking for some professional advice ? On some camera equipment well Mike's Camera is the right place to go located on 22nd and J Street, Just Walk in and ask for Colton, He knows everything there is to know about early model, or late model camera's, and you can purchase a Telephoto lens or a wide angle one your choice, they also sell lens covers, Camera packs, cleaning equipment, Tripods, mono pods, back pack for camera's, and any accessory needed for your camera, and they also develop your films and you don't have to go far to purchase a picture frame, 🖼️ as they sell them right there, again I want to Thank Colton for all the professional help and advise given, Five ⭐'s hands down

Great and helpful salesmen, that will lie to your face. My wife and I came into the store because she was debating on two cameras: the Nikon ZF & the Fuji XT-5. The salesman brought out the ZF and a Fuji XT-50. He said that the XT-50 would be better overall because it was newer, and that it was basically the XT-5 in a smaller package. My Wife wanted to get her hands on the XT-5 and ZF just to compare them.

Spent well over 2 grand on a camera for my wife just to find out a couple things:

1 - Blatantly lied to our face, they said that they had the only Fuji XT5 in the state in their store, would not bring it out, and they are on back order since March. This is false as I now have one as well from their competitor in my hands, they had both color options available.

2 - The Fuji XT50 they sold us was defective and wanted to trade it in for the XT5. They declined as it was 2 days past their 7 day return policy. I will admit I knew it was past the return window, but wow. 2 whole days on a product that was well north of $2000. Instead they wished us luck on selling the new camera on Facebook Marketplace.

3 - Action Camera in Rocklin has a better atmosphere, staff, and even better...several cameras that apparently "don't exist" here!
Action Camera's manager was baffled when Mike's camera refused this on day 9.

4 - Action Camera uses the the same warranty company as Mikes, so I have no need to go back here. Thank god. The XT-50 is on it's way to repairs. Action Camera apologized for Mike's and said that this would have never occurred in their store, and they would have obliged by giving store credit for the value in order to initiate a swap.

Great local camera store! Ty is amazing. I love how he listens to your needs and offers technical advise. Amanda is also very helpful, knowledgable and patient. I bought new and used lenses here and a new camera. They really pay attention to what you are looking for as a photographer. Great printing at this location as well.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mike’s Camera Store in search of the perfect camera for my business. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a wide selection and knowledgeable staff. Caitlin, in particular, was outstanding. She took the time to understand my specific needs, introduced me to the Canon R8, and walked me through its features, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in my choice.

Not only did Caitlin exhibit deep expertise on the product, but she also had an amiable demeanor that made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about the needs of her customers. With her help, I now have a Canon R8 that fits seamlessly with my business operations.
