My experience with the associate was outstanding from the time he greeted me when I entered the appliance department. He was very welcoming and resourceful! I told him what I was looking for in the way of a new new refrigerator and selected a few models and after discussing the pro’s and cons, we settled on the perfect model that totally met my needs! I’d been referred by my favorite Laundry owner to Andrew, his brother-in-law, but when I got there, it was too early for Andrew. Sung helped us out with great cheer and good humor giving us all the information we needed and a great price too. We purchased knowing Sung would share with Andrew. RC Willey will be our 1st stop, in the future, when we need something of their inventory.

Ok, delivered! The delivery guys were efficient and kind. They communicated their arrival time. It was pouring rain, didn’t slow them down a bit. Thank you!

The experience with RC Willey couldn’t have been better. The salesman Andrew was completely knowledgeable about the refrigerator. Finance department was very personable and efficient. The delivery process was great- I received constant up to date information in the delivery tracking.

They have decent deals on appliances and furniture. I love the clearance sections. Most of the staff is great. The guys in electronics and appliances tend to not help you if you're a single woman, BIPOC, or look too Blue Collar. On multiple occasions I've stood there for 10-15 minutes or more and not been acknowledged even though there's salesmen just sitting there talking to each other. Twice I was helped by younger newer salesmen after getting ignored, and then the older guys well jump up to "help" the new guy once they realize I'm buying something. The last time we went in, we were ignored and I ended up just buying my laptop from the women at the cashier counter. The people in furniture, loading, and the cashiers have all been great though.
