I reached out to Bao for help when our old main panel went out. From our first call, I appreciated his transparency and knew right away I wanted to work with him. In an effort to save us time and money, Bao did all he could to find parts for a repair. When a full replacement was the only option, his pricing was more than fair, especially considering the work and time involved.

Amazing work. Very honest, responsive and professional. Offers lifetime warranty on his work. We had a sub panel replaced. He accommodated every request, such as adding a main breaker that we didn’t have before. He came with 2 more people, work was completed in 5 hours. Super thorough. Quote was quick via sms. Bao was able to fix one of my outlets that recently arched and popped one of the wires. It was a simple fix but he helped me check my panel and another adjacent outlet to give me piece of mind that nothing else was wrong. Also gave advise about how to manage the loads based on how many outlets were wired to each breaker so we don’t run into this issue again. Great conversationalist and clearly enjoys helping his customers with questions they may have instead of just doing the job and walking away. Basically everything you can ask for in hiring an electrician.

I wish I could give our electrician 6 stars! His work is truly amazing – meticulous, detailed, and he takes the time to do the job right. I had an issue with a specific breaker switch being tripped daily, and reached out to multiple electricians for troubleshooting.

Bao from EE Electric responded and provided a very reasonable quote. He showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem which happened to be a faulty breaker. He even took the time to explain the electrical panelboard's functions, wiring, and potential causes of certain issues.

I hired Henry and Bao to install home EV charging station and to install an outside electrical outlet as shown on the pictured. Very knowledgeable and professional as they repaired and cleaned up afterward. They answered any questions I asked for the work being done and they explained what they want to do and get approval beforehand. I highly recommend EE Electrical as they are licensed and I didnt pay an arm and a leg for the work as the quoted price were reasonable. I would hire them again for any electrical work around the house.
