EDIT - I have been buying equipment and supplies from the Team at MicroGeo for over 15 years. I just cannot believe the recent negative reviews I am seeing. They always go out of their way to help any which way they can and HAVE ALWAYS COME THROUGH for me. I have never dealt with a company as good and as reliable as MicroGeo. Their customer service is like no other. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MICROGEO to everyone who wants a seamless transaction and worry free support on any issue. Spent well over $40,000 with this company and yet we have had a $1500 plotter for less than a year that has been down and sent back to them twice with no resolution. No accountability they take your money and then they are off to the next victim!
Why should I have to have my business be affected because they don't stand behind the brands they sell.
Why do I have to pack this thing up and send it back twice now because of garbage products.
TRASH and will not spend one more dime of my money with a company that has zero accountability to their paying customers.

Placed an order and hadn't heard anything back from Microgeo in 2 weeks after placing my order. Online it showed order status as processing without a tracking number. Called to check on status of my order and stated it was cancelled. Said they sent an email. No email received even in spam folder. Very rude customer service. Still waiting to receive my refund. If you search for an item and purchase from their site they should honor it.

We sign it does all my merchandise sales and because the plotter they sold my sponsor that has been down twice I have missed march sales at shows and online.
Ridiculous and their answer is to send it back to them each time.
Would NEVER recommend just off of this one interaction and by the looks of their other reviews it goes on allot.
PS even the owner was NASTY when my sponsor called and took ZERO responsibility as you would think a owner would.
