My wife and I go here a lot. Adrienne who works in receiving was really helpful in assisting me with my furniture. Very friendly and professional. He moves fast as he works and though is quiet he does great work. Most of the employees there are great. Reflects on management. I highly recommend this Savers

Great place , some of the donation line staff are really friendly and go above and beyond. I appreciate that Savers sells all ranges of items and especially that they put together grab bags of items which are fun to go through, that’s one of my favorite things there (clear bags of holidays, small home decor, sports, sewing and notions, even toys) This bag of buttons was 2.99: many are vintage new old stock US made or from Holland or Italy, you cannot get one card of buttons at a store now for this.

I don’t thrift very often so I’m not sure what prices should be but I found these to be ridiculously overpriced. The lilac shoes were super dirty would not pay more than $5 for that and they’re charging $11.49! This Batman toy is missing several pieces and still it’s $24.99! Nope.. a little bag with 10 building blocks $5.49 ?! Insane! Everything we looked at when I saw the price I said “might as well buy it new”

I recently signed up for their “club” and had received a $3 off coupon on Friday and decided to use it. When I called the lady working at the register to help me she said the coupon had already been used but this was my first time in the store since I signed up. She proceeded to call me a liar and say that I had used it than said the coupon expired. So it went from being used to being expired even though the date of the email was from Friday (March 14) which she refused to confirm as I had my phone in hand. Savers locations tend to have fun things to buy but I don’t like rude customer service. If I indeed had used the coupon I would’ve accepted the policy but I knew for a fact that I had not.

The female attendant was named Alex and I’m sure she was just doing her job to the best of her ability but I’d refrain from calling people liars.

A few years ago this was my favorite thrift store. The cashiers and security guy are watching you the whole time while you pay and they make you feel uncomfortable like you are stealing something. They won't let you pay for something if they think it's too cheap, they tell you the price is wrong and they won't let you buy it. I literally found clothes from Shein, Forever21, Target and other cheap brands and their prices are ridiculous. I found dresses from Shein for $24 dollars when they are new online and for $10. I asked an employee why their prices are so high and he told me that the managers decide the prices because they check the prices online. Come on!! It’s a thrift store!Ridiculous!!!

Floor employees, notably those from collections are becoming more belligerent and disrespectful towards shoppers. Nearly got hit with a loading cage while shopping for frames as did a few others because the employee just yelled excuse me and swung the cage wide nearly knocking into me and furniture. Not the only time this has happened. Other accidents included falling glass left for people to step all over and spread while I tried to call for help from the store floor, was met with attitude and dismissal. Another incident saw an older woman nearly run over by a push cart in the store aisles.

My 2nd favorite thrift store. The security guard is awesome. I feel safe knowing theres someone there to watch over the store while we shop. thank u for your service. The employees are lovely people. Very kind . The prices can be outrageous for the barbies sadly. And the toys... and the clothes are expensive!!! But everything else is fair and I appreciate that which is what keeps me coming back. If they raised their prices more I probably wouldn't be coming back ,but since they do have some deals most of the time ,I go every month.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. All thrift stores should be like this!! This place wowed me. First of all, it looks and is way more organized than a Ross or Marshalls. Things are cheap, unique and high-quality (sure there are some items that are mispriced too high sometimes, but they’re trying to do their best, but heh it’s going to a good cause). I’ve gotten amazing clothes like $200 Paige jeans for $30. So many cool finds. Beautiful housewares. Lots of kids toys. A great book and CDs section.

Now I’m gonna always get my clothes from there. Man, so many good finds.

The self-checkout systems work really well and it means there are never any lines. Wow.

Drop offs are a breeze because they have a special lane to zip in and out of, it’s the most efficient donation experience I’ve ever ever had! The drop off staff are friendly and fast.

There’s plenty of parking, unlike the nightmare situations at my local Goodwill and Salvation Army. Since they have lots of donation staff around, your car always has visibility and it’s a safe lot to park in.

There’s a security guard by the door and that gives me some peace of mind while shopping too. I really appreciate that it’s a safe place to shop.

They also constantly have new stuff!! Oh my gosh. I went there on Saturday then again on Monday, and was so surprised they had processed so much new stuff. Impressive. When you walk by the back of the store, you can even see the staff in the back sorting room hard at work.

To the management and staff— bravo!!!
