You are acknowledged the a few seconds after you walk through the door to give ya time to look around, If nobody is up front they have a bell set up for you to ring if you need it. There are Comfortable chairs in their waiting area and if you need assistance with anything while waiting they always stand from their cubicle and are willing to help or point you in the right direction.
