I have had the BEST experiences (yes plural because I am a returning customer over and over again) at Grand Awards. In my line of work, I need to go to a dependable, reliable, and quick shop that does quality work. I have given numerous projects to Pauline and Sondra and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Grand Awards to anyone for retirement gifts, wedding gifts, having plaques made, and even projects that may seem out of the norm, just ask. They are AWESOME!

They were very helpful in the store while I ordered a plaque. Promised to send a draft of the language being used on the plaque in a day or two. Never heard from them again. Called and so far they have not been able to find my order. Waiting to hear the resolution and hope I was not lost in the shuffle. Contact was Pauline.

I went in to have a vinyl sticker made of a printed poster over six weeks ago. The person who does this wasn't there so they said he would call me. Never heard from him. I went in several times and I finally met the owner who said he would have Josh call me. Josh called and we arranged to meet. Josh and said it would be no problem to make the sticker. I waited to hear from him on a price and didn't hear back. I e-mailed him and again for a price. He apologized and said again he would get back to me. To this date I have not heard back from him. Don't waste your time with this business.
