I waited 6 months and never got a paper or a refund. I called and was told repeatedly they would escalate the issue and I'd have a paper soon. Now they will not stop calling me. I have asked them to stop calling. I told them why I will not resubscribe but some times they hang up on me and sometimes they keep trying to sell. I have blocked the number but then I get called from a new number. They've called 3 days in a row this week and annoyed enough to write this review.

Our local paper has been taken over like so many others by USA Today. That means less and less local news and reporting. And every year the price goes up, so we are paying more for less. If it weren't for football coverage in the Fall we would cancel for good.

The reporting is weak, and any historical subject is skewed to show white vs black. No wonder newspapers are failing. This business produces racist propaganda. Another reason why you will have no problem buying one at your local service station. You couldn't give this stuff away.

Seems like I don’t get my paper at least once a week. Then they credit your account 0.22 then charge you $5.00 for a Thanksgiving paper.come on. I can never talk to a person about this always a computer.

I drive once a week to Montgomery to the advertiser to pick up the southern star newspaper for dale county.They are always ready for us when we arrive.Im there all of 15 mins.If you need small or large scale printing there the ones to see.
