Our journey first started with the sale of our home. Sherry held our hand through the whole process, she gave us excellent advice and tips on how to get our land fire proofed, and cleared of all our “toys” , fixing up an out building, helping us stage the interior of our home. She spent many hours with us providing priceless suggestions and never lost patience with us as we slowly pulled each step together to get our home and land in the best shape to sell. We couldn’t have done it without her! She has years of experience behind her and is so willing to help and share to give the sale of your house the best possible chance of selling for the best price. Also, the timing of the sale, the presentation was all orchestrated by her to our greatest satisfaction. We are very satisfied by the results and happily sold our house because of her smooth transitions throughout the sale with the new buyer.

Next, we started looking for land to create our new life. Sherry was there through this whole process, pointing out what we needed to be concerned about, staying tough through hard moments to be sure we were protected and that we would not make common mistakes that first time land buyers can make. I can’t tell you how many issues we just didn’t know how to handle and she not only guided us through each step but she always, always stepped up and made sure of the follow through, and that the right communications were completed to the end.

This is the third real estate transaction Sherry has handled for us. Real estate transactions can be frustrating at times but with Sherry in charge, you can rest assured that situations will get handled correctly. Thanks to Sherry’s negotiating skills and knowledge, we were able to sell our home for 20k over listing price with multiple offers. Her presentation of the house in pictures and comments were a real plus. After acceptance of the offer, Sherry made sure that communications between her and the buyer’s agent were timely to insure a smooth transaction. Even her relationship with the title company helped the process. We are moving out of state and our only regret was not being able to use Sherry in the purchase of our new home.
