Unfortunately has not lived up to his customer service promise and has had my project waiting over 2 and half months. Today on a scheduled installation was a no call no show. Im wondering if I’ll be getting 2 months to pay this invoice too or can’t be reciprocal irresponsibility.
UPDATED: @stardigitalmiami probably the worst customer service, business ethic, and installation performance I have yet to witness in my 15 yr career. Took over 2 months to start our project followed by wrong print sizes as a result of their own failure to take measurements pre-printing, and poor installation that let to the owner himself ripping all the laminates off the windows when we refused to provide payment until the project was properly finished. Marketing is an essential part of any small business, and encountering this kind of service from a company that claims to be a leader on exactly that is pretty sad.

UPDATED 5/13: Less than 2 weeks later another amazing company Took over our project and completed the installation with a brand new beautiful design, including adjustments to the sign installation that made the final product just stunning. Thanks for nothing again what ever your name was…

Probably the best digital printing service experience I have had so far. Outstanding costumer service from Lorenzo. Reasonable pricing and installation was on schedule. They offer a great variety of services. I particularly contracted them to wrap a car but would definitely use them for any other jobs.
