HVAC is a little spotty, tends to crash in the summer. Arrive early to avoid an accident in the parking lot. One star removed due to safety.

Jumps tend to get cancelled due to a/c availability. Extra star added for goose population. Meetings tend to run long, so plan ahead.

Coffee is, by and large, quite good.
